I am so disappointed at McDonald’s as a brand. I went to McDonald’s commissioner street Johannesburg cbd.I went straight to the kiosk machine to order something but I was so pressed I needed to use the toilet so bad.I than decided to leave the kiosk machine and went to use the restroom but the door was locked,I then went to the lady working there asking for a key so I can use the restroom to my surprised I was told to buy first before using the restroom.anyway I went back to the kiosk machine and just ordered anything coz it hard to make a choice under pressure as soon as I was able to use the restroom I was actually mad angry because I don’t like what I ordered so if this is how you treat customers it fine I am sure you don’t care about losing just one customer but I am disappointed and I feel my right to a restroom was violated as I feel it against the law to do that .it doesn’t matter whether you u are trying to block outsiders to just use the toilet without buying but you have violated my right.
I will like to send my gratitude to the Absa Towers team in Johannesburg I had an incident where I was withdrawing money in Durban and the machine I was using was not a Absa machine ,my phone reported that money has gone out but I never got it . The machine had an error to a point where it didn’t even provide me with a receipt I honestly thought I had lost the money .however God is good I reported it immediately when I got to Johannesburg and 8 days later I have been credited I will never use a machine that is not branded Absa Again thank you
We applied for a unit in borgbron Roodepoort,after credit check and work confirmation we were told that the passport is expired and I told the agent that he must look at the date is only expiring 2024 after 24hours I was told that my application is still declined 🧐🧐🧐 any way that is R90000 per yer from me .you don’t deserve to be leading these developments but any way it will catch up with you Maybe they are looking for a certain type of people
ever since I complained about rain, no one has bothered to get back to me, the service here is worse than pathetic it just not there at all.
