Very dissapointing top now receive a "Free gift" with my purchase. Be careful to trust Clinique when they advertise a free gift with any purchase. This is the second time they have advertised a free gift, and when I receive my order there is no free gift. Their response is that they had limited stock. But then why keep advertising that there is a free gift ? If they had only told me there was insufficne tgifts upon placing my order, I woukld not have ordered. So thus then proves that it is a selling point or a **** only to get more orders in.
Thank you for the quick response and helping me receive my refund.
Requested a withdrawal, which has now taken over 36 hours and I have still not received my funds. I have been told by Betway, only after I had requested an update, that I must upload my bank details. This has now taken over 24 hours to be approved, and i am still waiting. It will take another 24 hours to receive my funds once the bank letter has been approved.
Friendly customer service. They have contacted me regarding a payment arrears and willingly helped me through the next few months with no interest. Wonderful staff.
We had booked an online accommodation through Host Agents for a house in Langebaan. The booking was done in December 2023, for accommodation in May 2024. We had 2 friends travelling from the UK, really looking forward to the jacuzzi.... Upon arrival we were told that the jacuzzi does not work, nor does that gas fire place, which was clearly advertised online. Very disappointing. We had to repeatedly contact Host Agents to confirm our arrival time, and request an invoice for our balance of payment. Once we received the invoice, there was a R5000 breakable deposit added to the balance that we owed. We paid this +- 2 weeks before we arrived at the accommodation. When leaving the accommodation, we checked and ensured that everything was left clean and spotless, we were even complicated by the agent on how clean the house was. We did this to ensure that we would receive our R 5000 breakable deposit refunded as soon as possible. It has now been over 4 weeks, and we have still not received the R 5000 refunded to us. We now have to lay a case of ***** in order to try and claim this refund. Please do not trust Host Agents, they do not seem to pay your refundable deposits back.
Please be warned against using Travelstart. My mom has booked tickets online, for her and my nephew to visit me over the December holidays, to the value of over R 6000, amount was debited from her account, and now Travelstart have cancelled the tickets. There was no reason given why they cancelled the tickets, and the amount has still been deducted from her account. This is fraud from Travelstart, and a huge disappointment, that now my mom is unable to rebook the tickets as she has no funds available. This is not the first experience I have had with Travelstart, where they have double debited my account for tickets booked, and I had to wait up to 3 weeks for the refund. They do not get back to you, there is no way of speaking to a consulting over the phone, and trying to get a refund from them is a very very lengthly process. Travelstart are conducting fraudulent business and I will be taking this further. Please if anyone experiences this, please report it to to the bank as fraudulent.
Wow Flysafair !!!! Why are your prices sooo expensive over the December / January period, specifically from Durban to Cape Town? British Airways are half the price. Flysafair for x2 people is nearly R10 000 British Airways for x2 people is R 4500
To all individuals who have been debited twice from Travelstart period 23 November (Black Friday) - 05 December May I advise to please open a fraud investigation with FNB, as apparently Travelstart have said it is an FNB investigation..... Contact Number is 011- ********** Ask for a Form of Disputes Email this back to them with your statement and eticket/ Travelstart invoice **********
Has anyone actually received their money back from Travelstart? I have contacted Carte Blanche to investigate this further, and hoping they can help us get our money back. Or at least some answers. Absolutely unacceptable from a Travelling Agency.
Please be warned! I have booked Domestic Flights from CPT - DBN for x2 people. I provided Travelstart with my credit card details to deduct the total amount for all flights. Various notifications from my bank then started being deducted from my account for +- 6 different transactions. I then received an email from Travelstart advising me that I had insufficient credit available on my account for one of the flights. I thought this was strange, although when reading the email noticed that I had a time frame to transfer funds into my account so that they can deduct the amount for the x1 ticket. Trusting this was the issue, and not wanting to loose my cheap flights that I had booked, I proceeded with the instruction. Another amount then got deducted. Only later on in the day, when I had time to add all the transactions up, did I realise that there was an extra R 3308 taken off my credit card. I have now been trying to prove this to Travelstart , where only 3 days after the booking did someone email me to say that Flysafair had charged me twice, and that Travelstart has put a refund claim through Flysafair. That was the last that I have heard from Travelstart. 10 days later I am still trying to receive my money back for the R 3308. Please be warned when providing Travelstart with your Credit Card details. Should I have not realised this had happened, would anyone from Travelstart contacted me? Or perhaps this would have gone unnoticed.
