The worst booking system
Poor client service, they have the worst booking system. I even regret not reading reviews before buying voucher. I even blame Wikideals for associating with such a ****py business. Perhaps the only way they survive as a business is through us blindly buying and leaving us with useless vouchers. They even have the nerve to say I must bring my own towels, what ******* is that?!0 replies

I bought a couples voucher from Wokideals on the 25/02/2026 and struggled securong a bookomg with the third party. After numerous emails and phone calls Wikideals has not acknowledged my request for refund.0 replies

The worst place to purchase appliances
I bought a washing machine 2024 May and it has never funtcioned properly since I got it. I have been back and forth with Makro for months and after sending out a technitian that failed to resolve the matter they still have not come up with a resolution.3 replies

SADV the best at frustrating and inconveniencing clients

After getting the wrong delivery they still had the audacity to keeping me on the phone for a full hour without resolving the problem. Team leader arrogantly told me there’s nothing they could to to resolve the matter. No apology, no acknowledgement, just blatant arrogance.0 replies
