I would like to express on how disappointed with Vodacom Fiber, I have been with them since 2020. All of a sudden they have decided to upgrade my line without my knowledge and specially it involves money. I called them today to query about the change of debit order amount which is a difference of R226 not even courtesy to give us a call and on their defence, they said there was communication sent, this *****. My point is they would have given us calls and according to them they say the line has been upgraded but it is even worse then before. Regards Philani
I need someone to contact me urgently you guys are messing up with my credit report cant even buy a house of because you guys in my credit report. The report shows that i am 2 months behind, this was back in 2017 when someone from your company contacted me, we agreed on everything but funny part is the money was deducted for two months, yet there was no installation occurred, and the lady form you service desk did call me on the 3rd month i have asked to cancel this as i was not happy already. At wish there was an option to rate them.zero, I booked the returning ticket from PMB to JHB for Sunday knight(10:30 pm) and guess what the bus was no where to be found, I have waited till 12 am and when I called they told me that the bus that was leaving at 10:30 was cancelled. When I got to the station round about 9:30 there was bus packed there and I did not even bother to ask as I was still early, then another mini bus came at 10:10 and I went and asked the driver thinking that it was early, the driver said yours is coming...I have waited till 12am...then we call this guy from the customer service and he told us that the 10:30 was cancelled for 09:30 and the last bus left @ 10:00. The deacency of not notifying us through sms earlier, it was my first and last time booking this ****..I wouldn't recommend it for everyone, they don't know how run the business. Regards Philani
Hi Peter My credit report shows that I have a product with this company and I don't recall taking any of their products, I have sent them an emails for a couple of occassions, tried to make phone calls without any success...any help would be greatly appreciated as this is affecting my credit rating Regards P

Car service city kempton park are the crooks, we sent the car there for service and there was nothing wrong with car...now the car is giving us timeless problems...car started leaking, and they pointed out clutch relay something which was not happening, they charged R895 for major service but i ended up paying R3200.00 people please refrain from using the kempton park branch
