They are not settling my invoice which has been paid 5 months ago. Now they have sent a legal notice. its their finance team problem but they are not even responding to logged tickets on their website. I written a review on this platform but no positive response. DO NOT choose this provide you will receive no service/support.
I pay my invoices regularly. In January 2024 they changed my account number but I was still using my old account number as reference for all payments couple of months later I geta call from a debt collector company that I owe super sonic. I logged a ticket with supersonic and shared my proof of payments, after a few days they closed the ticket and January invoice was still showing as not paid. The debt collector guys call me everyday because of someone in finance team does not do their job. I have spoken to supersonic multiple times but no result. to ad it if you contact them using their whats app line then be ready to wait for couple of hours before they reply and i you miss their reply then you need start over again. I cant have my credit history looking bad because of their team not doing their job properly. I will have to eventually change my service provider
Horrible customer service. I am getting E-48 error which means bad weather or connection issue. It’s full sunny out there in Sandton and it was working mins ago, so no connection (hardware) issue. But the customer care are so dumb that they don’t understand this. They only talk like parrots, speak what they are told to. No brains
Called them today to get my puppy insured. Spoke to Gershwin and he offered me with the right insurance option. The whole process was super easy and quick
WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION TO GIVE 0 STARS IN THE OPTION. I have been paying them for years and they have not approved even a small claim, they have have some terms and conditions which they throw at you. I wish I would have never opted for AA and have not wasted my hard earned money. F***ing pathetic experience and waste of money
Worst Indian place to order food. They mess up the order 75% of the time and on top of that they don’t acknowledge the mistake they made in your order.
They rejected a claim stating some exclusion condition which is not even mentioned in the exclusion on the policy wording document that I received when buying the warranty. Now their complain department is not even replying. Pathetic service and forcing me to discontinue with them. I also got to know in market that AA is pathetic when it comes to claims.
Pathetic customer care service. They charging me more than double that I have pay. My payment details are in transaction history but not reflecting on account. There is no channel where I can talk to consultant. The chat bot service is pathetic. Asking to wait for 2 hours. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Why can’t I phone someone and talk to clarify what’s wrong?
Pathetic experience. They blocked my credit card on festive season even if I sent them the SARS doc that they required. On Friday they told me on phone that send the form and we will active on Monday. Seems like no one is working for customers there. They take premier fee and provide pathetic service. Why am I a premier customer when I don't get service when required.
Tonight's flight number 60 is delayed by more than 8 hours and you are compensating pessagers for free food only. What about the mental pressure and tieredness at the airport while waiting for flight. Horrible experience at checkin also when they are not able calculclate weight, teach them basic mathematics
