I purchased a Defy stove and oven from Game in November/ December 2018 and installed it in my newly renovated kitchen. I have had the following problems since then: * 07 May 2019 - Job no. 1101834 they replaced the PC board because the oven and hob had no power. * 16 September 2019 - Job no. 1171464 they exchanged the stove because if 2 plates are used at the same time the entire stove switches off. * 11 November 2019 - Job no. 1199235 Only one plate on the stove work, repairman came out but nothing was done.. * 12 March 2020 - Job no. 1264565 they replaced the PC board once again, repairman broke the glass stove top and had to replace it. My problems continued throughout 2020 and had a number of visits from the repairman Charles, I have become very frustrated with Defy and tried contacting the field manager Davisen Veerasamy but doesnt answer any calls and doesnt respond to any of my emails. I have escalated the matter to Ismail Khaki the regional manager however he is no better than Davisen Veerasamy. On the morning of the 25 January 2021, Ismail Khaki informed his repairman Charles that they will not replace my stove and are only willing to replace the PC board for the third or fourth time. Ismail and Davisen have really tarnished their companies reputation by acting in an underhanded and disgusting manner. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM DEFY.
I phoned King Price on Friday the 22 January 2021 wanting to insure my new vehicle, I was assisted by Sybrand Pelser one of the retention consultants at King Price. I must admit that I was not prepared to be given such a good deal, Sybrand made the experience very easy and enjoyable. I wish that other insurance companies can learn to provide their customers with excellent service such as this. Once again, thank you King Price and Sybrand Pelser. Please keep up the good work and excellent service!!!
Firstly I would like to say that the rating I gave Old Khaki of one star is an over statement, they don't even deserve a single star rating. With that said every time I order items online it never gets processed correctly, this has been yet another horrible experience with Old Khaki. I placed an order for the 4 following items on Friday the 27/11/2020: 1 x Kallen T-Shirt 1 x Phillip T-Shirt 1 x Leroy T-Shirt and 1 x Mayson 44 Denim Jeans Payment was made and the order processed, I received delivery of my order on Wednesday the 02/12/2020 at 20:30 (why would you deliver to me at this part of the night???). I opened the package and queried with the courier why haven't I received my jeans? He claimed that it is possibly still on the way so I waited. I followed up with Old Khaki Online from the 09 - 11/12/2020 since I still haven't received my entire order, I spoke to Lungile, Ruth and Chenay all of whom had no clue what they were doing (wasted salaries, please reduce SA's unemployment rate by employing better suited people and get rid of these 3 idiots). I tried speaking to the Manager Jeneen (another wasted salary) who was conveniently not in the office. Eventually I received assistance from Wardah but not after having arguments regarding refunds and pricing. I would like to leave Old Khaki Management with the following thought... YOU HAVE ONE OF THE BEST AND ICONIC CLOTHING BRANDS IN SOUTH AFRICA HOWEVER YOU EMPLOYEES ARE ENTHUSIASTICALLY HELPING KILL YOUR BRAND!!!
I called the restaurant on Tuesday the 15/12/2020 to enquire if they are open for reservations or bookings on Wednesday the 16/12/2020 and was assisted by an Indian female (name unknown). The female was very rude and did not have any telephonic etiquette, she seemed to be in hurry to get me of the phone and was very uninterested in what I had to say and could not be bothered. With all of this being said I still decided to visit the establishment on Wednesday with a party of 8 people, we were assisted to a sit down meal, placed our orders and completed our meals however the Bunny Chows that were ordered seemed to be served to us with stale bread from at least two days ago. Considering that in these tough economic times businesses should value their customers and provide the best service and quality of food, CANE CUTTERS GLENWOOD has completely missed the plot on this occasion. For a better quality product and service, I suggest that readers rather visit Swaardisht Foods situated in Reservoir Hills, Pinetown and Chatsworth.
Took my car in yesterday morning to have the 2 front tyres replaced, was assisted by Chenay. Received excellent service, tyres, balancing and alignment done in less than 1 hour. Excellent and please keep up the good work. Good prices as well.
I contacted the institution today querying a confirmation of achievement which I had not received when graduating in 2003, I was told by the consultant that I would have to pay a fee of R 250 for me to get it. My question to the consultant was why would I have to pay for something the I did not receive in the first place? She responded that there is simply no way to prove that I did not receive it...absolutely ridiculous. Another attempt at make money by an unregistered and unrecognized institution.
I called Discovery Health/ Medical Aid this morning regarding medication that needed to be added on to chronic for me. I spoke to a lady called Francene after listening to a very long and useless voice recorded service. Francene was not much better than the voice recorded service and dropped my call without even helping me. I called back complaining about pathetic service received and the lady on the phone simply disconnected the call. Clearly these people at Discovery don't value their jobs. My medical aid costs me 12k per month and to receive this sort of service is absolutely disgusting.
I placed an order on-line, paid eft and received my confirmation on 01/06/2020. My order was cancelled by Old Khaki on the 10/06/2020 and a refund processed, all of this was done with no communication from Old Khaki...is this how they treat their customers that shop with them. I then sent their customer service communication the very same day about this, i received feedback stating that i will get a response from them in 72 hours. Today is the 15 June 2020 and i still have not received a response. It shows how little they respect their customers, without us they wont have jobs.
