I have been struggling with internet connection for the past two weeks, made them aware of the issue, logged calls with the support team on their chat service and did not receive not even a callback from them. It is the worst service provider and I work remotely from home.
Good day, I am very livid that I was stranded with my car at the petrol station after parking my car to buy bread at 6pm when I needed to start the car, the key was not turning, I called the garage attendants to assist me and they tried to every possible trick on google to start the ignition but it was not barging, I had my kids with me stranded with no further assistance that i called customer care and road side assistance all to no avail. This incidence happened on the 7th of October 2024 at Astron garage near maraisburg.Why is the roadside assistance not available to assist 24/7 as advertised on the internet, any thing could have happened. I am stranded with a car what does not want to start at all.Who is going to assist me to get this car sorted?
I ordered from the uber eats on Sunday KFC Florida, Arnold is the driver who delivered at my place took R115 from me because I opted for cash as a payment method. To my knowledge and surprise, when logging onto the UberEATS app, I am receiving a notification that the driver reported me that I did not pay for the food, yet I gave him money and received my food. Why did I receive the food then If I am reported to not have paid for the food and urged to pay for the same amount on the app using my bank card before making another order. I am highly disappointed and demand answers and need this to be rectified and have the driver Investigated for *****ulency.
I purchased a nazo meal(double jalapeño meal with coke) on the 5th of July at Mcdonalds Clearwater at 18:04, the lady by the name of Nombuso Khonzani was not friendly and had to wait for her to attend to me whilst she was speaking with her colleagues. When I got to open my package in the car, there was too much sauce, it made my burger too messy to eat and my wrapper became wet and stuck to the burger... It was a mess I did not enjoy the service nor the meal. The rateurvisit website is not user friendly I tried to log my complaint there but I tried to scan the qr code all to no success.
I visited the dealership numerous times, and I am absolutely livid with the service I received regarding my car. The brakes of car were not claimed by the service consultant who assisted me on the 02/06/2023, escalated the matter with Liquid Capital thinking they declined to the claim however nothing was processed from their system.
I purchased milk tart at spar Florida junction on Monday 5 June 2023 and the milk tart date shows it was packed on the same day however there is pink spots on the milktart which shows it is spoiled.
Very bad service. My car was due for a service of 45km however I am on 46km. I visited the dealership Saturday 27th of May 2023, only to be told my service was rejected due to a late date. I have logged two complaints, received an sms saying that my case has been resolved yet I was not contacted. I logged another one on Monday 29 May 2023, did not receive a case number and when the consultant promised to call back, phone rang for 7 seconds then the call was dropped. Still today I am sitting with a car not serviced and still no communication.. I am furious that I need to following up. I am yet to log another complaint (3rd one to be exact)
