I bought a couch at fairprice the delivery guys unfortunately damaged the couch when I call the store calls are rejected emails are not responded on Facebook they just ask you to call the store where as they know you will not get assistance and I did pay for the couch cash. I was looking forward to shopping there but their incompetency turned me off. Can they kindly reply to my email or call me on 0814885978
9154 bus driver from putco route Benmore dates passengers in the bus and when relationship ends he doesnt want to stop at the bus stop where his ex catches a bus and that leaves other passengers stranded with transportation and he would rather go straight to the bus stop where his current girlfriend catches a bus..is that how Putco operates? so passengers should be stranded because of a driver's personal vendetta? On top of that he assaults passengers
I get to work I try to use my work line only to find that both my lines have been suspended,I loaded airtime on the phones just yesterday today they tell me my numbers are fraudulent,I asked to speak to the manager the manager is "too busy" to talk to me,I must wait for them to call me in the meantime my business must wait for the manager to finish whatever,Noxolo Mbatha that I spoke to couldn't do her level best to assist me she sounded as if she's bored, only God knows when the manager will decide to talk to me... Right now I'm seating waiting on them,my clients are waiting for my call... Talk about incompetence
Debonairs dobsonville very poor I ordered pizza via call centre,the pizza looked like it was made few days ago it had no toppings..I complained on Facebook they sent me an SMS saying they resolved the case yet no one called me and said anything to me...who resolved that case? I sent them a picture of the nonsense that was sent to me clearly they didn't care Since they say they closed without interacting with me it means me,my friends and family will never set foot in any Debonairs store
We reserved a booking for 16 people at khumbula iafrica all of a sudden we get a mail which stated that they can not accommodate us as we too many, we will be making noise, I don't know what gave that lady the impression that we gonna make noise, we feel so disrespected honestly because we wanted to go there to have piece of mind, we could have chosen any other resort but we opted for khumbula iafrica but then they decided to shove our business in our faces
I want to use my old MTN number for calls and texts but now the call centre agent which I couldn't get her name tells me the number has been recycled funny enough I've been using the number ever since on WhatsApp yet they refuse to do a sim swap for me, been with MTN for a very long time even buy by phones through MTN direct but now they refuse to assist me I'm very disappointed
The treatment people are getting at Itireleng is so abnormal,nurses treat patients like nobodies,more especially at room 11 (mental ward) When a person is suffering from depression or whatever mental condition doesn't mean they are not human
