Disgusting service from honda Bryanston. No follow through. No feedback Items stolen which are of no significance to anyone but sentimental value which was noted on dropping the vehicle not to be removed. Job not complete Risk to vehicle safety Calls not returned or taken from service consultant responsible. Parts ordered and paid for not installed. Half the parts installed and told to return the following week to complete after booking made weeks in advance. Not informed when parts arrived Initial order of parts not done until I physically arrived a week later to ensure it was done while I waited . No accountability. Invoicing not balancing Invoicing for incomplete job. Totally disgusting service and still no apologies , return to my 4calls made or accountability by the service consultant Denver. And my vehicle needs to go back to be completed as it's not safe to drive. Would give a 0 star if there was .

Bought a fridge from Makro online. A broken fridge was delivered. An exchange done over a week later and 2months later the unit once again does not work. After numerous calls and emails the issue has still not been resolved. No feedback received either. The loss incurred due to all the Christmas and New year groceries has not been calculated but all thrown away as a result. Makro customer care line take 20 Min to answer their calls and I was told yesterday to hold for the manager and after another 26'5min the call was cut. Every time I finally get through they say sorry and are sending a technician to assess. Nobody arrived to date. Been trying to get this resolved as my personal losses are adding up and Makro seems unperturbed by the fact they have not honoured they deal . Pathetic service. Customer care do not care for customers and should be called customers don't matter.
