Totally and utterly disgusted by the new Samsung phones. I bought me a Samsung Galaxy A32 yesterday. After opening the box, I found that there were no earphones in the box. So I called Samsung SA and was informed that these phones no longer comes with earphones as an accessory. I however was told that I can claim a pair of Samsung ear buds up until the end of April 2021 for purchasing this phone. I then logged on to my Samsung members application and could not find the Samsung Benefits banner that allows me to claim this service. I then called Samsung again and was told that I cannot claim as this is only for members that bought the Samsung device at Samsung. On 2 occasions after this, I called Samsung and they said I can claim it and nobody shows me how to claim. I then called again this morning and they then tell me that I cannot claim it as this device was bought at Telkom !!! I see all other service providers offering the same thing for the month of may. So really Samsung SA? You tell me I can claim buds and then you tell me afterwards that I cannot claim buds. What is this all about? And why do I not get earphones in my box when I purchase a phone for that reason? I purchased this phone to use on a daily basis and to use all the accessories. All I wanted was a phone that I can use for Radio and that will be a benefit for me for work and other services and now it is of no use simply because there is no earphones in the box or redeemable promo's. I AM NOT A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER !!!! Samsung really changed from reliable to dissatisfaction of devices...

Where do I even begin. Wow guys. If you need any repairs on your BMW or Mini, please go to these guys. They are the best of the best and you will not get any better than this. They treat you with respect and loyalty from the word get go. They have given me the best quality and ensured me of this. To Zaheera, thank you so much for your patience and your quality of work. I am totally and utterly disgusted by the way these people operate. Guys, whatever you do when purchasing a vehicle, DO NOT TAKE AA WARRANTIES as an additional cover. I bought my vehicle in 2018 at a dealership that offered me this warranty as an additional motor cover plan. I never claimed since 2018. I sent my vehicle in for repairs on the 08/06/2020 to Ross Tech Auto which is an RMI approved dealership. They found faults and components that needs to be repaired / replaced and sent a full quote as well as reports stating what needs to be replaced to AA WARRANTIES. I then called AA to find out how far they are with the claim and they advised that they will send out and assessor. I then get a call from an agent stating that the assessor only found 1 part to be faulty and that they will only cover a water pump out of all the components which costs almost 30k of which "they only cover for the most expensive part" under non-wear and tear items. I called the dealership and they informed me that the problems they found was actual problems whereby the parts was rusted and broken which needs to be replaced. So I went back and forth with AA WARRANTIES since the quote has been sent to them and they informed me that they only cover non-wear and tear items (Of which almost half of the bill is non-wear and tear items). Ross tech then sent in an additional claim as I asked them to, as this non-wear and tear items is covered. Today 18/06/2020 I called AA again and spoke to Alfred who advised that they will not be covering the parts, whether it is be non-wear and tear OR wear and tear and will still only be covering for water pump. On the policy, it shows all the components that is covered and half of this components that was found to be defective is what was claimed for (Of which proof in pictures was sent to AA for the defective parts in the additional claim). So this company wants me to stuck along the road with my family before they cover a part. This is absolutely not what I expected from this company as I would never have taken out anything with them if I knew this is how they operate. I am definitely not renewing this warranty plan and WILL NOT recommend this company to anybody at all.
I took out a contact with Telkom mobile SA at N1 city for a Huawei P9 lite, after 3 months I was told that I can migrate from the open line contract to a top up contract. I then went into the store at N1 city mall and requested for guidance or advise on this migration. I was told by the person that assisted me that the contract will just continue and that I will pay the same amount . When I went to the store in canal walk on Sunday 16th December 2018. I then spoke to a consultant and she advised that the contract started over on the day of the migration. My question is, Why does one person say one thing and the other say another ?????? Then to top it all, I told the consultant that I will not pay the extra 2 months as this was not mentioned to me that the contract will restart and she advised she will get a manager to call me the very next day as I requested for this to be made urgent. Up until today 20 December 2018, I am still awaiting a call from " A Manager" to call me to advise what can be done as this is not what I wanted and was not explained. I understand if it was 1 or 2 days late but almost a week, Guys come on man, get your act together. You want to provide a service but do not want to sit with the problems if anything goes wrong !!!!!!
