Have been shopping from takealot for around 6years and always had fantastic service.
Very disappointed with their service. I called for an appointment for my pekingese and was told an amount. After the appointment which was all of 2mins the vet decided to charge more. I went to them because of the price for the procedure. Had I known beforehand I would have gone elsewhere.
It's been 5 days since I first reported that we don't have internet. I have always been a loyal and happy customer. No one can actually tell me when the problem will be fixed. Been with telkom almost 6 years and always recommend them. Does telkom no longer want me as a customer. Can always cancel debit order and move my business.
After writing a review earlier in the week, we finally were sent a plumber on Wednesday 19th. The plumber disconnected our geyser and drained it saying it had infact burst. Day 1 of no hot water. On Thursday 20th the plumber returned to relocate and install the new geyser. He finished just before 3pm and said the electrician would come and connect the wiring. Today, Saturday 22nd, and day 4 of no hot water we still have not had an electrician sent to assist us. My husband has been a loyal customer for almost 20 years, never once claiming for anything and this is how we are treated. We are disgusted with the level of service or lack thereof in our case!
on 11 December 2018 my husband tried to phone regarding our geyser. my husband was on hold for almost an hour. he then drove to the bank where someone assisted him in connecting with a lady in the insurance department. this lady said she would sms a claim number and have a plumber contact us later that day. Today is the 19th and we still have not received any communication from the insurance with regards to this claim. our geyser is still leaking and damaging our ceiling
