Item order at takealot should have been delivered 22/10/24, stayed home but no delivery. Try to contact them, not available. Who is gonna pay for the loss ???? POOR, BAD SERVICE...
Bad experience from Awie at SA Debt Help as I had the same issue with so called "NASORG FOOI" which we were not informed of. Sent emails but service is worse than poor. If I can make a recommendation, STAY AWAY FROM DEBT REVIEW AND SA DEBT HELP. You will forever be flagged because of them at ITC.... RUN !!!!!
I was debited by always connect on the 25th August 2023 , I don’t know why I was debited as I don’t even know the services that they offer, I tried reversing the unauthorised debit order on my app and failed, I called my bank and they said it can only be reversed by Always connect. According to me it is ***** and if I had the funds I would have open a case of *****. Perhaps I should go to SAP to open a case of theft. I tried to contact them and could not get hold of someone to talk to.
My experience with pmd is absolutely non existent. After an accident being with them 3 months I suddenly get slammed R5000 because I claimed. Total excess R12 000.... Spoke with a view consultants and sybmit photos of my vehicle as well as photos of third party. Approved claim but did not include third party and wont pay for my damages as it is less than excess. How on earth do you assess damages on photos, it ridiculous.... I am very unhappy. Because I am suddenly unemployd I looked for cheaper insurance but it is going to cost me much much more. Think twice before you choose PMD please.
On 5 Oct 2022 me and my husband went to Courier Guy Sasolburg with important parcel that needs to be delivered at Brackenfell on 6 Oct 2022. We spelled out to assistant the it is very important. As of right now 6 Oct 2022 at 10h12 the parcel are still at the JHB Hub. Before 16h00 the parcel needs to be delivered in Brackenfell. I called and asked and what did she say, I should have told her what method of transport do I prefer. She knew it is important but still she decided which method. I am disgusted with Courier Guy in Sasolburg and pray for her sake that the parcel will be delivered before 16h00. Think twice before you use Sasolburg Kiosk people. Then she told me to calm down, really.... Does she realise how important this is 😡😡😡

After our ordeal with virseker I personally would not suggest virseker... How on earth do you do maintenance on a dvr as well as cameras after all the loadshedding and huge storms as well as heavy hail ????? But the story the assessor (Satmo Protection Services) told my husband and the report he gave virseker does not make sense. All the people that are not trustworthy are being assissted and helped but we who walk the straight and narrow, the just spit in your face. Thanks for nothing....
DSTV has incompetent people working there. No service, calls being cut off whilst talking. If one problem is fixed there appear a new problem and you have to call again. Today I had to recharge my airtime 3 times. First time I called I was holding on for 33 minutes, no response. Trying so hard to fix the problem but not able to. That is scandalous.
