Good day... I have just received shocking experience from Miway whilst claiming a ****** laptop. My claim C1931564 is not receiving any attention for 72 hours already. Tlangelani confirms now he is not opening the case as he does not understand the police documents required for theft. Shocking and I have supported this company for 14 years. They don't know how to proceed. I told them to phone Saps for an explanation. The docs required changes all the time.
I have taken in my Dell laptop and explained in detail everything I have done on the machine already since it is not powering on. This included a new motherboard being fitted already. It was clearly noted that I will pay for any other repair than that on the new motherboard on the document. They had the machine for two days and confirmed they can't find the problem, motherboard (new already) to be replaced at R 22 000 on a machine that costed R18 000. The competitor down the road quoted R 1 500 if they need to work and fix the motherboard. Partserve then realized that they do not have the expertise and demanded R 373. The invoice reads that they can only do test and diagnoses when the new motherboard is in. Very contradicting. I have done more work than them it seems. They even invoiced me for what I told them.
I have ordered and purchased a 3kw Inverter trolley from Invest Solar, however was supplied with a 2,4 kw instead. Phoned Ernest who sold me the unit and he claims I am looking for trouble. Consumer protection act does not allow this. Please correct urgently. Ernest also changed the paperwork now to match a 2,4 kw, although the quote clearly stated 3 kw.
Hi , I suspect fraud on my vehicle finance from Absa. My contractual debit order amount was inflated with about R 1500 this month and deducted accordingly. This constitutes breach and not what I have expected from a bank where I have my business for the last 20 years. It is time to leave. Pay back my money immediately! This has never happened before! Please explain why you change legal binding contracts internally.
Good day. I am very disappointed in the Duracell battery sold to me by Tiger Wheel and Tyre N1. My car is 8 years old and had the original battery for 6 years. I then went to Twt for a better battery. They told me that Duracell is the best with 30 months warranty. Well, it failed after only 33 month. I phoned Twt N1 City yesterday, just to be informed tough luck. I paid superior money for a less than average battery. It was over R 2 000 rand 33 months ago compared to entry levels at R 1500. 6 Years VS 33 months. I use to buy all my tyres and batteries there.

Must I explain Dstv packages to you. You gave me Compact Plus pictures, but you want Premium money. Fraud is serious allegations. The next excuse today is systems down. Why do you hold onto my money that was taken illegally in July? I can load a eft in 5 minutes, 2021 or 2022?
Good day Client 70394314 I have been a multichoice client for almost 10 years. Then Covid 19 came and I called in to downgrade my package. That only lasted a month before Multichoice started to bill me for both Premium and Compact plus. They also took the money by debit order. They explained that the system did automatic adjustments. Long and short,I have been struggling from July to get my money back and canceled the complete relationship. Three consultants later and R200 in airtime, they refuse to pay my money. Please help!
Absa VF has miscalculated my payments over the term and is now withholding my ownership documents. It looks like someone did not load the last debit order as we agreed. Now they are charging interest on a contractual agreement that closed/ended on the 01st of August 2019. They also accuse me of non payment whilst all the payments are there on record, except their mistake on the last one. Now interest is growing, is that my problem? You decide if you will accept this. Never ever before during the past 15 years have I had these problems with ownership. Luckily, I know which bank will not get my next car loan.
My motor warranty claim was rejected today. My car needs a new tensioner and kit, but the policy covers other tensioners only (not the one that I need). I have paid almost two years on this policy without any benefit. It is also not classified as " fair wear and tear", which leaves me with an account of R7500. Why have I paid premiums for almost two years? The service was very bad and below customer expectation. If only I have saved my premiums, I would have been able to pay cash. Be careful South Africa.
Good day, be careful when it comes to motor warranty. I have paid Innovation for about two years and claimed a tensioner. However, they apperently cover tensioners , but not the one that I need. Total amount with belt, pulley, labour etc. Is R 7500. I would never have taken a policy if I new how they wiggle technicallities. It was cancelled with immediate effect. If I have saved all my premiums, I would have been able to pay cash. Just imagine what will happen when you need a new engine. " They do cover engines, but not the one that I need."
