MTN keeps on referring my account to different debt companies, i have been paying non-stop this contract doesn't end and when you contact their call center you end up hanging up because non of them if picking up the phone. I tried emailing them but they never bored. this is ruining my credit score please fix this mess
Worse place ever We were left outside in the cold at at 1am.Karen wasn't even bothered on picking up the calls. Security couldn't let us in we wr left outside the entire night ad ladies and security guy who was driving didn't want to let us in.

I have contacted SARS several times regarding the payment arrangement for the garnishing order and i was told to send an email to contactus@sars.gov.za as they cannot do it via phone. 3weeks later i received an email saying i should call in. I requested a call back and the guy said he can't assist and dropped the phone. My issue is SARS Consultants are impatient and very rude they always dropping call on us and never call back. I lost the slip and i bought boots for my son which are a bigger size only to find out that his father bought the very same boots for him. I wanted to return them and get the refund they still have the tag but apparently i am forced to exchange them infact. I don't want that i want my money back.
Worse Institution ever....Don't enroll for long distance. I am a new student and have been struggling with the password reset for two weeks it does not update the web keeps on loading. I have sent several emails to the institution and their call center never picks up the calls...Chat box is the worst service. they only communicate in time when they want you to enroll but immediately when you registered with them they start ignoring you. I don't even have time table for webinars and it is the 14/08/2023..... This is just unacceptable. This was my last resort
whoever that is happy with Capitec Service must be really luck. For over 10years i have been using this very same Bank but never experienced such i even feel like they've changed management everything is a joke nothing get to be resolved. -I was scammed money and reported the case it's been over 21days with no feedback. -Had two unauthorized debit and Devan Bailey did not assist after the Team leader instructed him on what to do. -Now because i am sitting here with unresolved issues and my money is gone i tried applying for access facility credit 3days ago and i am still waiting for someone to call me................yoooooooooooooooooooh ai!!!!!!!!!
I am escalating for the 100th time and this is total bull**** services from capitec card debut and complaint department are the worse they just send an email advising to provide feedback and when you call them they feedback clearly shows no investigation was done. I am extremely mad right now this has been ongoing for a month now.... I've been holding for the manager on the line for over an hour now. Capitec is full of nonsense
I HATE CAPITEC BANK....I have been using this Bank for more than 10years now, but their service is nonsense. I went to the branch more than 3times regarding the two unauthorized debit order. the 1st consultant from Maponya mall apparently did not log the incidents for me. the other one from Lenasia she kept on complaining that she is taking a lift club with the colleague and ended up logging the incident wrong. i got a sms that Incident number: 101301605 has been closed and no one bothered to explain why and i had to call them they told me it was logged incorrectly. the consultant promised to have it re-log but i did not get any feedback. On Friday the 23rd 2022, another consultant called me and told me that since i had subscribed to Mobilocator whether these debits where authorized or not she will not be able to assist me since i decided to unsubscribe on the web. I did that as my money kept on being debited and capitec failed to assist with the Dispute, I want my money back and someone there needs to do their work properly. I called the complaints department again and they told me there is no opened incidents under my name. I urgently need assistance with this ...... i will also like to have my CAPITEC ACCOUNT CLOSED..............I AM ALSO TAKING THIS TO THE STREETS OF TWITTER WITH ALL THE PROOF AND CALL RECORDINGS. SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT YOUR BAD SERVICE. EVEN COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT IS FAILING ITS CLIENTS. i have been with this bank for years but it has never failed me until now...
