This debt review agency is the worst, they take advantage of unsuspecting consumers and they are arrogant while doing it. My wife and I have currently lodged a complaint with NCR as we paid them monies for a about four months and non of our creditors were paid. You wonder how they are still operational when they have ****med so many South Africans over the years and nothing has been done to date. They ask consumers to pay monthly instalments into an account belonging to Loans Acceptable, they have the consultants by the name of Debbie and Monica and Pieter Johan Van Zyl who are part of this great ****.
I had a flat battery this morning and I had to go to work, I immediately contacted MiWay and the allocated someone who could assist, the agent I spoke was quite impressive and helpful while being friendly in the process and within 30 minutes someone was sent to my home and the car was up and running, Wow, that's awesomeness service right there and I am thankful

He was professional from the beginning of the call and showed ampathy and patience and throughout the call to ensure I get the best possible deal. I constantly travel as required by the nature of my job and when I travel outside Gauteng my employer processes car bookings via Europcar Centurion. The three ladies that work at the front desk are so professional, customer centric and always solution oriented. I am often assisted by the following ladies, K****tso, Lindiwe and Nthabiseng. They are so passionate about their jobs and people and they will always make it a point that they make car collection and drop-off effortless. The service I receive also include the gentlemen who always help with delivering the car and inspection, always professional and friendly and that I truly appreciate about Europcar and particularly K****tso, Lindiwe and Nthabiseng and I hope this message reaches them and that they may be recognised or rewarded accordingly as people of their calibre are in short supply.

On the 20th of June 2021 I received an sms from telkom confirming my monthly debit order amount however the amount was almost three times what I normally pay and upon receiving the sms I called the service which was also a mission to get through as I struggled getting the correct department to call. I spoke to the call centre agent who put in me on hold while investigating and I waited for about 10-15 minutes and while waiting I hear a voice recording prompting me rate the service and if I am happy with the service and at that time I am still waiting to be assisted, eventually the call got cut before the agent could assist me and he did not bother calling back, I called again and spoke to another call centre agent regarding the incorrect billing and she also made me to hold while investigating, upon coming back the lady confirmed that the account was indeed incorrect and it needs to be corrected, she told me that the turn around time was 72 hours to get feedback and that once the query is resolved telkom would send me an sms. Tuesday I received an email confirming I must do a survey based on the quality of service I received and "The query that they apparently resolved",, This morning I call Telkom to find out if the query was resolved since the debit order is going off tomorrow, the agent tells me that he cannot locate any queries on the system in relation to a billing query and the only way to do that is to get reference numbers, i tell him that I did not receive any reference number while on the line or via email or sms, he then says he cannot see anything on his system and the billing issue is still not resolved but he lodged a new query, so I am here now Telkom is gong t debit my account while I reported the issue on time and no none bothered to do anything and I am now holding to speak to a manager and I have been on the call for 56 minutes and counting and I doubt the query will be resolved. I am so disappointed at this unprofessionalism and I feel undermined and disrespected as a telkom customer for many years and this will be the last time I ever do any form of business with them and after holding for so long the call just got cut
On Saturday I went to Dis-Chem Jean Crossing in Centurion and upon going to the self-medicating counter I was assisted by a lady called Johanna Wageng as I wanted to buy some vitamins and flu medics. From the time I arrived at the counter Johanna was so attentive and professional and she also walked me to the isle where I need to buy my medical supplies and showed me exactly where to find all the supplies I needed with so much patience and willingness to serve. Her friendliness, client centric behavior is out of this world and I can safely say we live in very challenging times and it is people like her who brings hope that it is still possible to be kind and if possible stretch oneself for the benefit of others and for that I appreciate her service and work ethic, may you continue doing the good work at the front line.
