From beginning to end, the process was a nightmare! Truth is, everyone is overwhelmed with work and we just need to manage our time properly. I had scheduled a viewing 14/02/2025, upon arriving , I checked in with security and he told me to call the agent - which I did, FOUR TIMES - no answer. I eventually left because I couldn't get into the complex. You think I got a call back from her? NO! By Monday 17/02, I made contact with call centre to ask why she hadn't returned my call since Friday (surely you knew you had a scheduled viewing), and immediately she sent me a message ..."apologies for only just seeing your message.." Another viewing is scheduled and I am happy to take the place. All forms are filled in and an offer letter is presented, to which I question "Lease Agreement Fee and Key Deposit Fee" before I make payment. Yes, these costs are common and I was willing to pay it, upon provable costs by the Estate Agent - which up until today, they cannot provide. How does one blindly pay R1000 for a Lease Agreement Fee (which will be clarified in the agreement) and R700 for a key deposit fee. Again, I was willing to pay, and even referred them to RHA, section 5. It seems as if they don't like to be challenged and even offered to cancel my application as my "requirements does not align with the complex". Still waiting for a reply since Friday - I guess no repsonse is also a reponse :) Tenants, you also have rights! Take the time to fami****ise yourself with the RHA. You'll be surprised how ************ some Estate Agents can be. They know people are desperate for accommodation and will pay any fee, just because.

My third party claim has been going back and forth and NOBODY gets back to me. I need to spend R100's of rands in airtime to be on the phone to sort this out. Team leaders are copied into mails, and still no response. Every consultant you speak to, is a different story Next step Ombud and then cancelling this useless insurance.

I recently bought a chain online (Bash), upon receiving it I found it too small. I then enquired if I could extend the chain, at my own expense ofcourse, and was simply told no. Silver plated items cannot be worked on again I asked about refund policy and the lady wanted to give me a gift card, although I paid cash, because they had no money in the till. Mind you, this was late afternoon. I must commend Astrud though - she handled my initial online order excellently! Disappointed at the after-sales, after you have received my hard earned money - irrespective of the amount. I wanted a second opinion and went to Golden Acre store. What a difference! Khusi went the extra mile to help to and mentioned that it can be done! Please train Blue Route staff to be more helpful
Rawson properties Ottery has the worst staff. Totally unprofessional and incompetent. Stay away from them.
Don't ever deal with Andrea Lovell or Veronica Felton at Rawson Properties Ottery. They are so unprofessional; from fighting for my refund, to requesting statements. They are absolutely USELESS!
Totally frustrated at the incompetence of your call centre staff. I've had this contract for 10 years, and recently discovered an extra billing, which I've queried. Angel, one of your staff members, logged a query, and promised to get back to us. In the meantime, they've CANCELLED the contract, without my permission! I've been sent from pillar to post, with no avail and NOBODY can help me. Now, they want to re-instate my number, as a prepaid number, after the debit order went off. They also can't offer me the same package I was on - now I have to pay more which I'm not going to do. Also, they claiming that I've cancelled the contract, if so, I want a recording of that call stating that I have cancelled the contract. Between billing, sales, and whichever department, SORT IT OUT! I am losing business, and nobody is reimbursing me for days lost, meanwhile, you get the biggest percentage of gain sharing at the end of the financial year, while i religiously pay my contract each month.
