Sanlam - do you have anyone in the Call Centre to assist? no agent is replying on the WhatsApp inquires and when calling you are put in a loop that goes on and on and on. Your portal is also not allowing for policy statements to be pulled since last week Friday. Is there anyone that can assist or do we need to spend airtime and data trying to get anyone to assist.

still waiting for feedback on the application. Was submitted on the 27/10/2025 and it states 2/3 business days for feedback but already passed it and the only way of correspondence is via email? no numbers to call? is there a way to get feedback out of them or to cancel the application? i do not think they should be recommended as I cannot see the purpose of a whole week of reviewing. it is either a YES or a NO. easy as that.

This is now the 2nd review that i am leaving and i am pleading with people NOT TO USE BA TRANSFERALS. you will spend so much more money and your experience will be ruined. DO NOT TRUST THEM. i was advised to open a theft case if the 30 days was not met and my things was not delivered. if you are still affected by them and the empty promises, do not leave it! tomorrow is the last day of the "max 30 days" and if my things are not delivered, the next step will be to open a theft case against Billy, Zoe and BA Transferals. please people - do not put your faith in this company nor the people working for them!!!!

what an amazing stay. the hotel was clean, staff was friendly and very helpful, the rooms was clean and comfortable and the view was amazing. the breakfast was also fresh, warm and so much to choose from. They even kept our luggage safe for the time between check -in in order to go site seeing. will recommend them 100%
worst service ever from a financial service provider. how can you as THE BANK give me a settlement letter and after paying what you said i should pay come and say i still owe you money? it the reason for a paid up letter not to settle the amount? starting to get the feeling its a *****/**** going on, and the worst of it all is that you agree to the loan should be closed and its paid up. where is my paid up letter? stay away. not worth the drama or the amounts of money spend on airtime.
