Their customer service is very bad. When I tried to sign up I assisted by a lady named Samantha very rude and unprofessional and opinionated. She doesn't know how to speak to customer doesn't mannersim and phone etiquette mostly unprofessional and thinks she knows it all. It's the second Saturday without fibre since I joined and it hasnt even been a month since I joined but I'm already experiencing coverage issue and there is no communication sent out about the outage I always have to call. Why am I paying for a service that is half done.
I had a very bad experience with Rosa Hidalgo . I'm looking for property to rent and all the emails I sent for enquiries were ignored even the whatsapp. She has a nonchalant behaviour and doesn't care about customer service and most of the properties I enquired about she's dealing with them. Kindly may someone upskill her or retrain on customer service and teach her what is the meaning of delivering good customer service and the importance of it . All my enquiries I've sent she acted as if all these properties are taken and they all available on line. Rosa Hidalgo
I placed an order at 17:05 on the Mc Donald app it showed WTA of 17:35 - 17:50. There was no communication I had to send an email at 18:28 . Only after I received a call from the head office requested to wait for the driver downstairs we went there was nobody .My order arrived at 18:58 cold food . The driver called when he was downstairs but couldn't call all this time. The drinks were spilled, hot and the cup holders were soggy. I would like to be compensated for the bad customer service I was provided and the delivery guy was not remorseful.
Today I was given a return date which is today to submit my forms the only form that wasn't filled in was the banking details one however I had my 3 months bank statement with me. I was told to take it to the bank and get a new date and the new date is 7 July I don't them it can't be that far because I have rent to pay just because of one form. People that work at labour have no humanity or whatsoever they don't care the inconvenience one goes thru.
I'm not happy with their customer service. I opened an account account put and incorrect name by mistake updated it on FICA with the copy of my ID send an email numerous times still not resolved instead I'm being told to raise the same query repeatedly again called last week same thing was done over the phone saying it will take up to 48 hrs its more then that. I had chat with Shafton on the live chat same thing , same thing on their WhatsApp group. Basically there is no customer service or what so ever at betway. Can they kindly please close the account and remove my details because they are not helpful. I've had this problem since Jul 2020 today it'd the 18 November 2020 I hope as a business you are concerned.
I want to complain about the appalling customer service's I received form George Ditlhage who works at Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys after receiving an email from him explaining that i'm unemployed and it's the pandemic, his reply was "you are not the only one who's not working just pay R50.00" If these are the people you hire who have no empathy, respect feel entitled they should speak to customer's the way they do. What's the point of me letting the company i'm no longer employed if you going to fight with me and demand it like you pay me a salary.
