Nothing "FAST" about them. Courier parcel sitting for 8 days at Port Elizabeth depot. Loaded on vehicle and returned to depot more than once. Depot is 12km away and we stay in a populated area on a delivery route. Unable to contact via phone. Message response to query said issue was resolved and item would be delivered today (day 8). IT HASN'T. They are hopeless.
Guarantee repair of a Leatherman tool. As promised, the repaired tool was returned in 3 weeks. Well done.
Excellent trouble-free purchase of a Sputnik Wonder Wash. Business responded promptly to my order, dispatched quickly AND kept me informed of delivery times. Thank you Lana Levitz. I highly recommend this business and the Sputnik.
Panarottis Walmer Park. Waited close to an hour for two pizzas. When waitress eventually came to the table it was to advise that our pizzas were going into the oven. This after patrons who arrived after us had been served. Only four other parties (14 people)in the restaurant. No apology.
If I could give no stars, I would. Two breakdowns within 14 days. First incident lasted two days and service resumed intermittently . No updates, no communication. Second incident on 29 Dec, again no fibre service. Query number FF#787398. Six days later, no updates. Telephone operator says I must contact my service provider. Judging by (lack of) service, and to poor ratings on Hellopeter, I cannot recommend Frogfoot. I note that they also do not respond to Hellopeter reviews. This shows disrespect to the customer.
2nd unsuccessful visit to the business. No greeting, just a nod. Cannot cut a piece of steel to specific dimension. Only prepared to sell a bigger piece. This is not the way to get business.
Telephoned Standard bank Insurance Services on 4 December to add vehicles to existing policy. I made it clear that I wanted the cover as I was collecting a vehicle later that day and wanted to ensure that it was covered. When requesting confirmation and a copy of the updated policy yesterday 27 December, I was told that I had only been given a quote and that the vehicles were uninsured. Numerous requests for a call back since yesterday (specifying times etc.) have not been carried out. A call back in response to a "disappointed" button on the site resulted in receipt of a call this morning and being transferred to the sales department. While talking to the consultant I was cut off. No attempt was made to re-establish the call, despite the consultant having my details. Eventually in desperation to get the required cover I had to phone in and was well assisted by Liesl.
