I am so impressed. I complained about fees that I was not aware of and just received an email from FNB advising me they are to reverse the charges and made me aware of fees. Excellent service from a bank that cares.... Well done FNB!!!!
Biggest ripoff. I now pay R45 per withdrawal on my money maximiser. Used to be free FNB you are getting too greedy. It is ridiculous. You are lending my money at a much better rate. I am looking to move I am shocked. You hide your rates as well

Initially dealt wie Courtney. Bas service. When complained she advised her colleague advised her about complaint and she addressed me. What a cheek!!! Are there no managers at africastay??? Won't book with them again with them due to this !!@
Further to my complaint from 12 days ago when Telkom did not give me my 10 gigs as per contract and about 10 calls to them with different stories every time, I am now told that I received and used my data. Despite my router been switched off.. What a joke. They do not know what they are doing and service is shocking
I am disgusted with Telkom and their service, Took out a contract for data and asked them to cap my bill at amount charged. It was confirmed. Got a bill of over R700 this month and was told it was not capped. Their website is mostly offline. Today is 2nd and my data has not been loaded. When queried was told it is a 72 our turnaround. Still not loaded. Why do I hae to pay when they dont honour their obligation. DONT USE TELKOM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband has a heart problem and got a new script from his specialist. I usually pay just over R100 for meds not covered for his condition. Received an sms advising we owe over R540 for new script. Send a email with query last thursday. Got a mundane reply asking for more details which was not necessary as was all in email. I was asking why Medxpress did not use cheaper generic instead of using expensive tablets. ( there is a much cheaper generic as advised by very helpful Diskem Pharmacist.) Send another query advising urgent as meds are finished today. STILL WAITING. SERVICE IS SHOCKING. HAPPY TO TAKE FEES BUT NOT HAPPY TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE. DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY DISCOVERY IS GOING
Had a problem with Box office. Had R70 in my account. Spent over 2 hours on computer trying to fix. Today spend over an hour and the consultant Makhosazana Reference number 620887 gave me various option ie reboot. The final instruction was to restore to factory settings. After this was done, still no movie available, but R35 was charged. My TVS are now both freezing, and I had to call a technician at call out cost to myself. She advised that my signal was poor, and that they could not refund me amount charged. Total and utter rip off!!! DONT USE BOX OFFICE AS THEY JUST MESS UP YOUR SYSTEM AND ARE NOT INTERESTED THEREAFTER.
