I bought a pair of bra's at Identity online on the 27th July , up until now I didn't receive my order but they promise their customers that it's takes 5-7 days to deliver your order at your my earnest identity shop but it's been two weeks without my order
Unprofessional and disrespect if patient, disgusting service. I arrived at 6H45 at Esangweni clinic Tembisa, the doctors and nurses told us that they have crisis they going to the meeting after 3 hours they came back telling us that their staff said that they're not working until their issues resolved. I imagine those toddlers, elderly and disabled persons that arrive there early sitting there the whole day without help, what they did was unprofessional and disrespectful to patients. they were supposed to resolve they issues before or after the patients left .
I have to stand more an hour to pay at Identity store Germiston cos only two person were work on the month-end weekend when I ask where is manager they tell me the manager is off , what kind of a manger getting off days on a busy days like festive. Why can't Identity store hire extra people for festive so that customers won't wait too long on line and get better customer service it shows the Identity they don't care about their customers the only care about our money
I went to Woolworths festival mall Kempton park on 25th and 26th to pay for my laybye but when I arrived there I was told that they can't help me with the laybye cos the system is not working, I asked to refund they said they can't help me. I write my complaint to their customer service but it seems like they hired people who doesn't know customer service, the service is poor compare to Woolworths Greenstone. I will never go back there after the bad service I received there.
I would like to say big up u save difateng staff for ensuring social distance in this lockdown
On the notice board by the door it written that they open at 7 - 5 on saturday but when u go there you find that they open at 8 , which is not good to customers.
I signed in to https://secure.telkom.co.za to check the cell phone deals so I applied for Huawei y7 2019 pro freeMe 500mb as it advertised for 169 pm x24 months but when the consultant call me he told me that they don't have that deal so the deal they have was 229pm x24months 1gb. They give us wrong information, how can we trust telkom if do that. According to consumer protection act it says that the price you see is the price you pay
I received an email from RCS group telling to go nearest game as my problem will be solved but when I went game at mall of Africa I found the same service as I received before from their customer service and I feel like they hired people who doesn't know their job and now I am so fed with the service I've received, just wish to pay the outstanding balance and find companies who knows their job and how to take of their customers.
I lost my game RCS card last December and came to game to block it after that I came to make a replacement card at game festival mall but I can't get the replacement card as now I came at game for the 4th time but still I can't get my card now I feel like taking a RCS card at was a mistake or maybe RCS employed uns****ed person to do the job cos everytime they tell me that the system is down should I come another day. I don't think I would recommend anyone to take RCS card their system sucks and they employed uns****ed person.
