Cheating and ****ming that occurred when I purchased a Toyota Agya Automatic from a CMH HONDA THE GLEN on 02 January 2026. The salesperson Tshimangadzo TJ invoiced me for a 2022 model, but the vehicle I received is clearly a 2021 model, with a significantly higher retail price. This is not just an error, it's a deliberate and ********* attempt to take advantage of unsuspecting customers and his customer service is very bad he ignores every communication. I demand that CMH GROUP takes immediate action to rectify this situation and refund the full amount of the overcharge, with interest.
Absa private client banking does not give convenience and worst of all the consultants share personal which is against popi act. I would not recommend absa private client banking especially from Saeeda sheik and gershon muller. I have been with absa for years and I have never missed a single payment on any of their products. Absa private client banking is not worth extra for a useless service. I'm writing to express disappointment with the service I received while applying for an overdraft facility. Specifically, I feel that my personal information wasn't handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act. I request that you: 1. Ensure all my personal information is securely stored and protected. 2. Provide clear explanations for any data collection and usage. 3. Review and rectify any potential breaches of the POPI Act. 4. Lack of clear communication 5. Unprofessional handling of my application 7. Investigate this matter I’ll be taking my account to another bank and receive my salary to a new bank. I will not recommend absa to anyone who expects a professional service.
I am a king price member for many years I have almost all your products on my policy , house hold, building contents , as well as 3 vehicles. Everytime I had a claim they always had an issue and wouldnt grant even with evidence provided, but every month king price dont mind to debit or increase your installments but dont make you feel like a valuable client to your needs. I opened a claim with king price on a stain I had noticed on my roof where the geyser is I have sent them images and videos to show to them the issue I was experiencing King price sent someone to come out and look at the issue I complained about IT they told king price that there was no leak in the roof even after sending them images and videos to show them the proof. I couldnt leave the water to leak so I had a second option come and look and they mentioned that there was a leak from the solar panel that is connect the geyser that is creating the leak. I informed King price that I had someone come and check the issue and that they have sorted the issue. King price said I should request the invoice from the company that came out to sort the issue and they will refund us the money back. Yesterday I received and email stating that the following the assessment there was no damage to the item.. However I sent king price and the company they sent the images and videos to show them the issue. When the insurance you pay must pay your genuine claims you need to pay service providers yourself. As a member of king price I am not happy with their service at all. What makes it worse I’m in real estate and car industry and I refer my clients for a flop insurance service.
The courier guy is not a convenient and friendly service for courier to use. I was told that on the 4th of December 2024 my parcel will be delivered then I requested that no problem let’s communicate via WhatsApp or email as I was overseas but I was back in the country on the 5th of December 2024. Up until the 9th December 2024 the parcel was not delivered and no communication from the courier guy. When I’m doing a follow up now they telling me that the parcel is at HeadOffice and I need to pay to rebook. They never attempted to even call me on the 5th or 6th of December 2024. They decide to take the parcel to HeadOffice so that they can make extra charge. Clientele legal If you looking for legal assistance don’t even think of clientele legal. You don’t get service for your money that you pay. Don’t waste your money for telephone advise that you can just google and tackle it yourself. The worst experience is to receive a cancellation letter same people that you don’t have policy with them still go in your account to debit and when you call for refund no assistance. You can’t take money in my account when don’t have benefits. Bad service and bad company
Just a friendly advise Friends4Life and its consultants are very quick in asking for leads and once leads are successful there is a lot of stories and they never payout any commission Please be warned of such brokers they not good they scammers
Policy holder's pay the monthly premiums and they will never pay your claims. They will always find a loophole that doesn't exist. Beware of Outsurance... Very bad service you must expect during the claim ********** 82.
