Takealot is truly a disgusting entity. I don't know what the customer services department is there for when they do diddly squat ! I have had to cancel a 2nd order today, YET AGAIN, there is an item holding up my order, no email was sent to me to advise about this (this is something that was also NOT done with the previous order that I had to cancel). Only when I call to enquire on the status of my oder I am told about the hold up, had I not called what would have happened?!? I am really hoping that another (jacked up) entity enters the market and pushes Takealot out of business. The company, it's people and "processes" are a very unfunny joke. If you can avoid purchasing from this company, please do not. What a useless and waste of time this company is.

@VoxTelecom; @VoxTalk2Us; @Voxtelecomza; is worst telecom/ ISP I have ever dealt with . They are quick to sign you up but will provide the most disgusting customer service from that point. Their phones ring unanswered, emails are hardly responded to or acknowledged. If you are lucky enough to get through to someone, you have to beg and plead for anything to be done but to no avail still. Absolute disgusting SERVICE, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I signed up to Clientele Legal in May/ June 2019, after the 1st premuim was deducted, I advised them via phone and mail to deduct my premium on the last day of every month but to no avail. In August, I had to resort to drastic measures to get them to pay attention to me by reversing a premium that they again took on the 25/ 25th, I still sent them a mail to advise them that I'd reversed the debit due to their refusal to action per my request via mail - they then continued to take a premium from September, even this month they have taken their premium BUT I am now advised that because of the reversed debit in August that my services have now been compromised, essentially because of their incapability to action my request - HOW IS THIS FAIR ?!?!? I have called and written to them numerous times about this, I have spoken to Kabelo Paane on the 27 Nov, Beauty Phillips on wc 18 Nov and Matlhodi Matshopoga on 26 Nov, who all told me that they'd revert within 48 hours but to no avail, No One has ever gotten back to me. Their service or lack thereof is shocking and you still have the audacity to debit my account this month when they don't have the decency to respond to my query on my debit order issue. Do your self a favour ... NEVER sign up to Clientele Legal @ClienteleLtd, they do not care about their clients at all, DISGUSTING company !!!! DO NOT SIGN UP TO @ClienteleLtd !!!

After paying them the full amount according to the quotation in December 2017 to install my kitchen units, it took them two months to install. Unfortunately a few doors were not consistent with the colour that I had chosen. I brought that issue to their attention and they promised to fix the problem. To date, a year later I am sitting with kitchen units which have different shades of "white", which is what I have been asking the staff at Masterwood kitchen to help me with. They even resort to not answering my calls. I pity the people who still think about doing business with them. Word of advise; DO NOT PAY THEM THE FULL AMOUNT until you are satisfied with their service. Be prepared for poor service delivery!!
