I’m officially moving away from Standard Bank. I do not understand which part of me stating that I had to resign from my job due to ill-health requires further motivation? If Ive kept up with payments and then suddenly stop. If I send you back statements. Surely the financial dip is evident? I am STILL getting harassed by collection agents. Would you prefer to see me back in the psych ward before it is understood that I AM NOT WELL AND YOU ARE ONLY ADDING TO MY STRESS!!!
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the conduct of your agents. Today, I received a total of 14 calls and still counting ?! I’ve communicated the fact that I’m unemployed due to ill health and have told your agents to follow up with STANDARD BANK as IVE ALREADY ASKED FOR A PAYMENT HOLIDAY!!! This frequency of contact constitutes ******** harassment and I’m not going to stand for it given the fact that I’ve been honest enough in declaring my situation. I hereby request for the calls to stop immediately or I’ll be reporting all involved parties to the Ombudsman.
Back with yet another Standard bank complaint. I have no access to any of my funds as my cards were stopped without my knowledge. I’m trying to purchase groceries and can’t even access any of my accounts on the app????? I recently upgraded banking suites but it’s evident that this was a huge mistake. I will be cancelling my accounts.
This is the third time I’m reaching out regarding my most recent order. I ordered 5 items which were delivered in 4 different packs using 4 different tracking numbers all across 2 different days!! I have an item missing and nobody is getting back to me. I submitted a query on the 19th and to date all I’ve received is a reference number. How or where do I escalate my complaint?
It actually looks like Uber’s customer support services are on a decline. Last night my driver’s phone died at the start of my trip and I helped direct him to my destination. He was obviously new to Uber so I honestly didn’t mind. Trips to and from my work place typically take 8 to 10 mins so it’s not much of a distance. The driver wasn’t fami**** with my area and needed his phone to help him navigate home. I offered to help him charge up just enough to get him on the freeway. Obviously, the trip is still running on his phone which is off and only stops when he manages to switch it back on. The trip was meant to be around R39 but to my surprise I got billed R81. I immediately contacted support. I’m surprised to receive an email telling me the billing was correct? This would not be the first time support has failed to assist me. I had ordered some shawarma platters off of UberEats on July 3rd. The driver was late and tried delivering it to the wrong client. I heard the commotion outside my apartment and stepped out. The woman was asking this driver if the food was hers and the driver kept insisting that it was. I get closer only to realise that my order had been dropped. All the salad and meat cuts were a mess!!! I reach out to support and got absolutely no assistance! That meal cost me just over R500 and was for my younger sister’s birthday surprise. I’m highly disappointed. I had to stop using another ehailing service, not because of the provider but because of their drivers. I depend on Uber DAILY. It’s amazing how now on this side of things the drivers are outstanding but the provider gives zero support.
My partner introduced this wonderful spot to me. Treated the kids to a day of play while we sat across from their fire place. The staff are wonderful and it’s always great to find a child oriented space that allows the adults to… adult 🤭 Looking forward to visiting Bambanani Bedfordview too
I’ve been struggling enough with little to no internet cover since the end of July. I’ve requested call backs but haven’t received any. A friend across the city recently reversed her monthly debit because of the same issue. I can’t be paying R600 for 2gigs of data. I shouldn’t even be depending on the sims to stay connected when I have a “fully functional” router I’d like to know how to cancel and get reimbursed.
I have a package that hasn’t had any updates since the 17th of May. I’ve been going back and forth trying to figure out how to log a customer support request but the UPS site is beyond glitching. If we can’t even use the site to get in contact with the necessary support why even have a site in the first place? My $203 package has gone missing and I have no way of tracking it. Absolutely unacceptable.
I’ve been reminded why I stopped using Bolt for some time. I’ve had a driver go off route and drive my past his apartment. On the 29th of May I encountered an extremely rude driver. I requested a ride but couldn’t leave the office fast enough to not keep the driver waiting because of our faulty office door locking me in. First thing I did was greet and apologise for keeping the driver waiting. He flat out ignored me. The driver proceeded to drive but stops at the petrol station without even communicating. All the pumps were occupied. The driver waits, still with no communication. At some point the driver droves around all the pumps slowly just to stop at an occupied pump once again. A pump finally frees up and he fills his car and continues the trip. Again, no communication. Now comes time to drop me off. I ask him to enter the gate and he refused. I tell him that I had to wait through his petrol stop and he then mentions me having made him wait. I’m dead certain his wait time didn’t warrant his behaviour. It was dark out and I was simply asking that he drop me off inside the gated area. I will be officially deactivating my account. Bolt needs a proper vetting system.
I bought a pair of slip-on heals in Mafikeng at around 09h00 and by 13h00 BOTH heals were chipped and cracked. I was in Mmabatho for work and had to rush to make the 4hr drive back to the office to drop off the company, meaning I didn’t get a chance to pass by the branch again. I submitted a query online and no one has attempted to reach out to me. Who exactly do we submit customer complaints to????
