I have never dealt with a company this organized. I am very happy that they are helping me with ny debt. Especially the service received from Rachael.
I have contacted telkom up to 5 times daily for the past 7 days requesting that they reconnect my account which was disconnected 7 days after telkom received their payment. Everyday the consultant informs me that the matter was escalated. Nothing happens. PLEASE RECONNECT MY ACCOUNT OR TERMINATE THE CONTRACT. There is no point in continuing like this.
The new voice assistant does not recognize my ID. Secure chat does not work. I can't transact on my account. I have two private bankers. Private bankers aren't available and redirects your call to the voice assistant. I have a dispute on my cheque account, there are policies deducted from my account which I have not approved. FNB gave me a covid assistance loan, also not approved by me, where they deducted monthly installments from, even though my installments already went off my cheque account. No one knows where the funds went. I have since settle the covid loan account. Still the funds are missing. I also can't pay funds into my credit card Wesbank refunded my account with fees that were deducted, on 3 vehicles, financed 9 and 6 years ago respectively. The complaints page on the FNB website does not have a send button. It's impossible to contact this bank. Still they see it fit to blacklist me, leaving me with no assistance. I think I should go the legal route. I am tired of being *****ed over.
The worst service I have ever received. I have been battling with my paradox alarm for months. They promised that upgrading to the new system would fix my problem. It has been a year and a lot of money since but the problem still persists. I would like a refund but they refuse. Save yourself the time and effort and find an alternative provider.

Do not purchase biostar products. I purchased a motherboard a few months ago. I had endless problems with it and it eventually broke. Specific product TB 250 btc pro. I contacted my supplier which in turn contacted his supplier who replied that the product was out of warranty. When I gave them the PID the eventually replied that the board was under warranty. While sending photos, invoice and other details I mentioned that the one capacitor looks a bit suspect. They suddenly changed and said that the board was physically damaged. My rig is in a wooden box with extractor fans. No physical damage can occur. So to save yourself time do no purchase any biostar electronics. Apparently they are imported into south Africa under the company greystar and don't enjoy any support for the actual brand.
