I stayed in complex that consisted of 4 units. I was attacked by a neighbors Pitbull in the public section of the complex. I was required to go into theatre twice , with a week in hospital and going physio. The owner of the dog took no responsibility in covering costs, until I had to get an attorney involved. But after getting an attorney involved , Dotsure Legal and the owner of the dog are taking over a year to try and get the matter resolved. I am single mom with two kids and I have had to endure over 150k worth of medical bills and I am still trying to pay off the bills. Dotsure has no interest in resolving this matter. This is ridiculous.
Biggest scammers around, please don't ever use them!!!! She and the courier services she apparently use are working together.
Vodacom I do not understand as to why your sales consultants force people to buy phones that have absolutely no accessories for it and a person cannot get accessories. you advertise and push to sell the Hisense H50 Zoom and your sales consultants don't advise customers that they will not be able to get any accessories for these phones. Really *** ???????? you think the flimsy case that comes withy the phone will last?????
Outsurance has been false advertising if we cant bet your current insurance we will give you R500. What nonsense. Your own sales rep has filled in a form for me to qualify for that as you couldn't match my current insurer. Your sales rep has had to follow up for two weeks to get you guys to pay out, but nothing. Such bull. Dont advertise something you cant adhere too.
Absolutely shocking service with Fnb. I have been on hold with their debit order reversal division for 50mins and still no answer. What the hell are your staff doing? Having a nice cup of tea and chatting????? Who the hell is going to refund me on the airtime wasted holding on for your staff? Cause you guys are quick to charge poeple bank fees. But yet your staff are so ****** incompetent!!!!
Absolutely disgusting service. my debit order bounced back as they debited my account to early. once i was paid i paid them via EFT, they received my payment but yet still debited my account again 2 weeks later. I have spent over 2 hours on the line with bank to get the debit order reversed as no one contacted me and asked if they could change my debit order dates. when trying to get through to their accounts division there is no answer. Absolutely ****ing useless service!!!!!!
After having reported an ADSL fault with telkom from the 27th December 2018, my ADSL line is still down. I have called them so many times to follow up on the progress of the fault the call center agents keep escalating the fault with the repair division but still nothing has been done. Today I called them again and the consultant tells me the fault has not been sent through to the repair division and no team has been sent out.......Pathetic service honestly....best yet when you ask them to please change your service over to a less problematic system like the LTE they tell you that you don't qualify for the product but yet you paying the same about for a wired product that has more complications and is so unreliable. Really peed off with their services and the way they do business and look after their clients!!!!!
