Worst service provider & bad reactivation processes
I find it diabolical that the suspension takes 2 days to reactivate when this can be fixed by just a click of a button. Other service providers can do it. Also, you are charged reactivation fee which should speed up the process

WRONG BOXING OF ORDERED ITEMS!!! PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!!
I'm not sure what's happening... They boxed incorrect items. All the things in my box where not what I ordered. I'm not sure how this will be rectified as I couldn't log a call for one of the items. how do even you log a return on the App when what you got is not what you ordered???

Failed to update Will & won't cancel policy
Appalling service! Their agents are failing to do a mere Will update and now I've BEEEEEEEEN struggling to cancel a policy with them. They are using a stalling tactic whilst debiting the money off my account.. scammers of note!! I would have continued with the policy but their incompetence to update my Will made me to be cautions of them if anything. I now know none of my wishes will be granted Would not recommend them. They are incompetent

Walton's Stationery in Germiston's BAD service
After my sons school recommended we order via Walton's and gave us the contacts to use so we may deal with them directly. I had the worst experience! I contacted them and did what they asked in terms of making a payment and sending proof of payment together with the stationary list.. thereafter there was no feedback from or update in terms of where they are with my order. When I phone them they tell me the stationery will be delivered but till this has not happened. Almost 2 weeks! The guy who's contact was on the email signature was so rude and asked me why am I calling on his phone but his number was on the signature! Appalling and disgusting indeed!!
