I app**** for temp relief solution at the end of Jan 2026. i received confirmation that it was granted. At the end of Feb, i noticed that the RC amount went off my bank account. I struggled to get through to the Revolving credit department and eventually spoke to Pozisa who confirmed telephonically that it had been approved but not implemented. She then escalated it. I have just received a message on the app saying that it has been rejected. This is not acceptable as I now have very little time to make alternate arrangements. This is such bad service from FNB revolving credit department.
I have a TFG account. Recently i received a JET club magazine in the post. I sent an email to query this as I did sign up for JET club ever. I received a call back from someone at TFG on Saturday 7 Feb 2026, around 4pm whilst I was attending a family function. I told the lady that I cannot speak at that time and she was not impressed, saying that I had sent an email and she is trying to sort. After some deliberation, she agreed to call me on 9 Feb 2026. Its the 11th of Feb and I am still awaiting their response. They send statements as and when they please hence I dont even know if they are busy billing me.
I have been desperately trying to reach FNB. Secure chat channels are down. I bought airtime and called them held on for 12 minutes and eventually heard a consultant scream with what sounded like a laugh, then i was transferred to their rating system. I dont have any more airtime to call them back and my query is urgent.
I tried calling bonitas for a chronic query.they referred to WhatsApp line and when I finally got to speak to someone they were taking forever to respond. At the i requested a treatment plan for dependants on chronic but was asked to wait until March 2026
I joined FNB Homeowners insurance in 2018. My first premium went off on 28 Sep 2028 and my cover commenced 1 October 2018. Clearly my installments are paid in advance. Thereafter every premium went off on the 28th of each month. I think recently canceled my policy which ended 31 December 2025. Hence my last premium should have went off on 28 November 2025. This is simple logic. FNB Homeowner insurance has taken off another premium on 28 December 2025. I have called and emailed and the person says they understand my logic however that money was rightfully due to them. Over the years thry have also changed underwriters without any regard for my opinion. Please stay away from them.
I keep receiving sms's regarding delivery before 5pm on a particular day however they do not show up. I also received an email with a reference number in the subject line but when i complain i am asked to send an order number. Please be weary of these people when i call the number on the sms from delivery people, i am number 60 in the queue.
We bought a bed in Durban and ordered delivery on 1 November 2025. Even received a confirmation with reference number. Called on the day around 11am and was told that bed is out for delivery. Bed was never delivered. Have to now book in somewhere as we just moved into a new apartment and there isn't anything to sleep on. No explanation will ever compensate for this. Never use these people

My car was repaired by them in July. Although a good job, the tint was damaged by them and door handle ***** cover loose.we reported this to them, took the car back to them to check and still awaiting feedback. Last call to them on Friday and was promised a call back by yesterday. Still nothing. Disappointing service
