I have been trying to reverse an unauthorized debit order for the past 2 weeks each time it saysv" UNSUCCESSFUL AND CAPITEC IS AWARE IF THE ISSUE AND WILL TRY GET IT RESOLVED. IVE BEEN GETTING TICKET NUMBERS EACH DAY. I CALLED THEIR CALL CENTRE ONLY TO BE TOLD TO GO TO THE BRANCH..SO NOW I MUST SPEND PETROL TO GO REVERSE MONEY WHICH I WILL BE CHARGED FOR AT A BRANCH LEVEL. IM REALLY SICK OF THIS BANK.

My mom a pensioner opened a store account in Clearwater Mall January 2025. She was given a simcard by a consultant who said it's for free just for being an account holder. I called head office and now we being told to send email to for a 30 day notice. I want every rand that my mom paid refunded to her All the R80 that have been added on her account to be refunded. Your employees are ripping pensioners off
No one does insurance like Outsurance, I left previously and quickly came back because no1 could match services and consistency like Outsurance. I have not yet received my pay back amount for June. I called in and was told they paid in the wrong account I gave them my account number and they have promised to pay..we are now in August and no money yet. Their finance staff is ***********..and don't even check or make notes on clients account. The agent I spoke to had to walk and look doe information I WANT MY MONEY TODAY..

FNB IS THE WORST BANK ONE COULD HAVE,INSTEAD OF SAVING MONEY THEY LITERALLY MILK THE PITS OUT OF YOU. MY BANK CHARGES DONT MAKE SENSE, THIS BANK CHARGES R105 F0R A BOUNCED DEBIT ORDER WHY ONLY THEY KNOW..I PAID R760 WORTH OF BANK CHARGES JUST LAST WEEK WHEN I ENQUIRED I WAS TOLD BY A NONSENSES EXPLANATION,YESTERDAY I WAS ON A POSITIVD R4 THIS MORNING I WAKE UP TO A -R235, SO BASICALLY IM PAYING FNB R1000 JUST TO HAVE THEIR CARD AND GET MY SALARY PAID IN TO THEIR ACCOUNT. IN THIS ECONOMIC CRISES I NEED EVERY CENT, BUT FNB MAKES SURE THE **** OF ME. I AM DEFINITELY SWITCHING BANKS I PAID WAY LESS AT STANDARD BANK AND CAPITEC AND I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR. I NEVER HAD SUPRISES EACH DAY. WHY CANT LIKE YOU BW LIKE OTHER BANKS AND BE TRASPARENT NOT THIS NONSENSE YOU DOING TO CLIENTS. WHEN I OPENED THE ACCOUNT I WAS TOLD OF R240 MONTHLY FEE. Why am I still with thus scheme????you never pay claims on time queries gets sorted 2 weeks later I submitted my daughters padetrician claim which she consulted on 25 August 2022,I sent the claim on the 26th to medshield, today the 3rd September I get a email saying no payment made Remark Code 93 meaning treatment date is in the future...what year are we in??? 2021,I rechecked my statement and the dates is clear in black and white. Now I must resubmit and wait another 2 weeks for incompetence..this is happening after medshield refused to pay my dental surgeon upfront..even today I'm in pain
