Hi there, just bought a new Mazda CX-5. No Mazda maps. Was told it would be R6000 to install. Weird. Was advised to use Apple Car Play instead. I got half a tank of fuel. I asked why it wasn't full. They said they don't do fuel tanks. I asked for parking sensors which I would pay for. They said no need. You have a reversing camera. Ag, shame. Poor Mazda. The red wine was nice but a full tank of fuel would have been nicer. The passenger headliner was soiled. Do better guys.
I bought a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle set and washer dryer from Makro thinking they would all be delivered by 4 October, as promised on their email. Guess what? They delivered the kettle and toaster but I wasn't in so that was returned and I receive my refund. I have tried for weeks to get them to refund me for the fridge, microwave, washer dryer which all amount to nearly R30 000. They keep saying my cancellation failed and they will escalate it. I think they are having a laugh. Please assist me.
I ordered a table last week. They delivered it today. They did not say beforehand that we’d have to remove the old table first. They left the table in a box in our spare room. Please can someone help us.

Would anyone be able to assist me with making an appointment at the FNB branch in Lynnwood for a passport application? The e-DHA site is awful.
I am unable to use my FNB credit card for some online purchases in the EU. This is very strange as it has worked in the past. When I called their credit card division, I was told by a call centre agent to go to my nearest ATM to activate my card. I went to the ATM and no such activation was available to me. Why can't you have competent people at your call centre? I expect better from FNB. Please someone help.
