Poor poor service
So we bought a defy microwave in August 2022, came with a faulty door,it could not close. Informed them that the microwave was faulty and the courier came to fetch it and we were promised a replacement. We have made numerous calls trying to get a refund or a replacement but nothing,we were told it was being escalated,up to this day,January 2025,no one at Makro has helped. We send emails,nothing. I can now say in 2025: I hate makro so much that I’m not even sure if I will ever buy anything from them. The order is MAK7530569

I took my car in at VAG SPEC ZEERUST with a high oil consumption problem,after diagnosing they found that the engine needed to be reconditioned.They did wonders.I highly recommend them.They are the best!

Talk about bad customer service, talk about telkom. We're keeping these useless companies afloat because they will still bill you even after your contract has ended. They will take you to debt collectors for not paying them R260, 00 even after you have cancelled the contract. Shame on you!

Buyskop Game Lodge and Baobab Spa
We visited Buyskop Game Lodge in Belabela on the 6th of October 2020,what an experience. A very lovely place, peaceful and safe, great staff and management. The cleanliness, keep it up, we thank you so much. We experienced zero problems. Even went to visit their spa with my wife, it was so refreshing
