Bobshop aka previously bidorbuy. A place where con artists can sell their **** goods and be protected by bobshop who refuse to do anything about it. Their so-called guarantee is false as they do not honour it. From **** Raybans to imitation jewllery masquerading as fine jewellery, they have a plethora or absolute substandard junk on auction daily and it is a case of buyer beware. Bobshop are not reputable when it xomes to screening sellers and even less so when it comes to unbiased judgements. In fact, the lack of basic understanding of their customer support is appalling. They are simply there to protect the seller at all cost. Do not support this despicable platform.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! BRIO HATCHERIES PTY LTD in Brakpan aka Justen Swanepoel refuses to give me my receipt for an incubator purchased despite having all my info and receiving payment in hand from me. He said he did and he did not. If he did, why is he refusing to send me a copy of this imaginery receipt? He eventually sent me a very ***** "receipt" (see photo)with no info on it apart from an incorrect amount, incorrect date, illegible, and none of his company info on it. THAT'S NOT MY RECEIPT, THIS IS *****!! The incubator has given problems since day 1 and does not match up to the specs given for it. It is a serious fire hazard which doesn't bother him. He told me to use my own inverter thereby admitting the incubtors inverter is faulty or substandard. The 12V socket doesnt work on any type of battery without serious overheating issues and this nearly caused a house fire, which means the so called "built in inverter" is substandard, the incubator doesn't hold heat or humidity well and has to be constantly attended to, there is no accompanying manual, and so many other issues. I have no option but to seek immediate legal recourse, report this ***** business to SARS and share this experience far and wide to save others from a similar fate. There are far superior products on the market. Buyer beware!!!!!
If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Thinus was aggressive and very rude when I asked him a dozen times to return my borrowed cage. He is late in delivering animals jeopardising their health. Also didn't water and probably didn't feed the poultry I sent with him. His vehicle is filthy and cramped. He shouldn't be allowed to handle animals. I have alerted the SPCA because of the incredibly unhygienic conditions in his Corsa bakkie. No airflow, tiny little crates, all sorts of poultry, animals etc crammed to this hovel of bakkie. There are 1 or 2 other couriers who are reputable. He is NOT. Stay away!!!
Very poor customer service. They don't need or want your business, they make it perfectly clear. Rather support Roto, Jojo and Prestige.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE MY ADDRESS WRONG!!! NORTHVALE IS NOT I REPEAT NOT IN ROODEPOORT!!!!!!! THE POSTAL CODE IS 1739!!!!! CHANGE YOUR SYSTEM TO HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS AS YOU ARE WASTING TIME AND MONEY DUE TO DRIVER ERROR BECAUSE OF YOUR FAILED SYSTEM! I DO NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE WITH ANY OTHER COURIER COMPANY!
After having the incorrect order sent to me 3x due to false advertising and takealot trying to force me to take no name brand instead which is not what I ordered, and then waiting almost 30 days for a refund, takealot once again sent me the wrong order. When I tried to look inside the takealot box (not the products box) to see if the order was correct before accepting it the female driver went crazy and physically assaulted me, pushed and shoved me around. Be very careful with takealot and check your order before paying. This is a scam to advertise a particular product and then try and force you to accept a generic no name brand one. As expected, takealot take no responsibility for either their "mistakes" or their delivery people.
Went into Feathersquare PostNet in Featherbrooke, Ruimsig, this morning. There was one employee and 4 customers. The employee totally ignored me for 15 minutes while he photostatted and chatted to the other customers. When I could eventually get his attention, I politely asked him if I could please hand in my parcel as it would only take two minutes to do, whereas he had to photostat and bind thousands of copies for the other customers. He refused to in a very offhand rude manner. When I asked him how long he might be, he said '2 hours'. When I asked him why he didn't tell me 20 minutes ago when i walked into the shop, he turned his back on me. Rude, horrible, useless, unprofessional. I will never use that PostNet branch again. Not worth the aggro and trouble. That employee needs a few lessons in customer service and business etiquette. When I asked for the manager I was told the manager went out to buy toner and wouldn't be back for a few hours. Roughly translated, that means the owner is out gallivanting and couldn't give a a ***x that his shop is a shambles and his employee is turning away customers. Since when do you abandon your shop as a manager, and take off HOURS to buy toner at such a busy time of the day? Surely these useless staff members should be fired instead of being given sheltered employment?
