I am writing to express my utter dismay and frustration with the handling of my recent online order nr 207660222987, which has been lost. The lack of communication from your side regarding the status of my order has been extremely disappointing. Despite my numerous attempts to follow up, I received no proactive updates or information from your team. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I had to repeatedly reach out to inquire about the status of my order. I expect better service from a reputable company like Mr Price Sport. I urge you to improve your communication processes and ensure that customers are kept informed about their orders, especially when issues arise.

I just want to give a big applause to the staff of Standard Bank. A ten-star service from the call centre staff to the counter staff that has sympathy for difficult situation and handling it with great professionalism. I’m a client of Standard bank for over 25 years now and have never received anything less from them but passion for their work and making every client feel that they are there biggest asset. I'm frustrated beyond believe, The Momentum Heaths saver cards of all members of Momentum all over the country were canceled at the end of March 2024 without prior communication. Now after more than a months call to the call Centre I accomplice nothing. Poor mannered staff obviously frustrated with all the calls received from angry customers are residing the same story over and over again just to get rid of you. Lies are being told just to try to get you to stop phoning them.
Good day I just what to inform all of the poor service received from the call center of this company. I applied for a fibre installation on 7 January 2022, after various calls and order numbers received nothing is done. I received a order number and sms saying that service number is ready for use. What I'm going to use if nothing is installed? Please stay away.
I which to inform you of my disappointment in the online order service. I ordered online on Saturday 15 May – Order nr: 210515-001-0221 I was informed that the parcel will be delivered within 1 – 3 working days. I received an message that the parcel was out on delivery on 17 May 2021, tracking nr: OFT1T96987240 delivery address: Clicks, 82 Market Street, George This is now the 20th and the parcel is not there yet.
