It's almost three weeks now, trying to get in touch with Supersonic. No luck at all. I tried all sources of communication with them but I couldn't get through. Why are they making life so difficult for their clients. I can't reach them on telephone, whatsapp and even no response from them on emails. The big question is, are they still operating.? Please help........
I have a fiber account with Supersonic, on the 28th November 2024. I received email from them of termination. Then I immediately rep**** with email. Asking them what month did I skip so that I can check on my bank statement. Till today I haven't receive any response yet. Supersonic decided to terminate my subscription without any given reason. I tried calling their number several times but no luck at all. You will hold for hours until you drop the call. I'm asking myself if they are still operating?
Telkom are ****med me this month, they billed my account double. When I called to enquire. The reason was my debit order was returned. Which was not the case. All I know is Telkom can't wait to penalize you the amount of R200 if the their bill is not paid. And will never render their service if the bill is not paid up. They will cut line with immediate effects. Telkom must stop playing board games with our accounts. I understand its bonus month. But not everyone is excited about them. Every penny counts. Now I'm the one who supposed to send my bank statement, can't they tell from their side? They're playing games honestly. Good becareful with such companies like Telkom especially this time of the year. Check every debit order and don't let the ****mers get away with their tricks. The problem is, they can't admit to their wrong doing.
My account number is as follows 1969412. I deposited R350 two days ago. The consultant I spoke to , told me to wait for 24 hours. Now they are are looking for so many reasons not to pay back my money. It's a ****. They take and take from us. Without asking all the questions and our bank statement to see the mess we are doing to our accounts. Please pay back my money. Sick and tired of you.
I'm sick and tired of Telkom honestly. They way of regulating their extra money from their clients,by debits the account before time. And charge us R200 extra for unpaid debit orders. My debit order supposed to go through on the 5th of every month because my salary get paid on the 1st of every month. Now they decided to debit my account 10 days before my pay day. They are so rediculous indeed. This is disgusting they they cannot hide their ****ming tactics. I still have a case with them of refunds. They must do the right thing because I was not supposed tpay for the month of May
I made a withdrawal of R1500 on Saturday morning around passed 12;:00 midnight. It tried to transfer to my account unfortunately the bank was offline. So I opt for cash send. I received the message from ABSA with reference number without the six digit code. I wrote to them ,no response yet. I don't understand why we keep on playing their games. There's always a problem when it comes to their withdrawal. Sick and tired of their tricks.

Good people please help me, is Motorvaps still operating? Their phones are all hold. All you can hear is the annoying music for 30 minutes till you give up and drop the phone. Is it the strategy they apply to avoid their existing clients? So disgusting indeed.
The question is why are they so quick to sign you. You just sent a call back within 2 minutes you receive their call. I love their greetings on the voice recording when they tell us how pride themselves on taking care of our needs as their clients. The claim department it's worse, it's like you are waiting on the for government grants. I can't believe a sign up of 2-5 took me 30 minutes. And unfortunately my got cut off because using my airtime which was finished. I took my car on service last week wensday. They find out it needs just a brackfluits. The dealer called them for authorize.the claim till today I'm still waiting for Motorvaps to authorize the claim. I'm so disappointed indeed. Why do we have to go through this when we need them. Whereby when you skip your payment. Their emails and call will the meal of the day.
