I can definitely recommend Lekkerslaap. They keep you updated and send you location pin and all the details by whatsapp and e-mail. You don't need to look for the information. The best company for reservations.
Prices are not as advertised. Every time I shop at Fruit & Vegetables, I have to find someone to fix the prices or to give me my money back. Poor service, why advertise specials but you do not receive special prices?
I ordered on the 8th of September 2 Spur Unreal Breakfast coupons/vouchers at the Vodashop on cell numbers 082 775 9334 and 072 412 9423, But, until now, I have not received any sms with a voucher code. I called Vodacom a few times, but no use. Please just send me the 2 SMS's as promised on your web, "You'll receive an SMS with your unique Wicode"!!!!! The poorest service of Vodacom, nobody can help you. I ordered at the end of February 2025 Gholf t-shirt on Cell 072 412 9423, Until now I have not received Anything, my order was cancelled. You can close Vodashop, impossible to receive anything or response from anyone. It's useless.
I ordered on the Vodashop, I did not receive anything yet. The only way you get reaction from Vodacom is through Hellopeter. Please send my t-shirts ordered on 28 February. Thank you
I love the Vodashop, but we won a lot of vodabucks 2 months ago, but all the things is out of stock or not available. The vodabucks we won is only valid until end of February. We pay a lot of money every month, 4 phones, why do vobucks expire? Vodacom delete the items if it is sold out or not available on the Vodashop.
Deductions on my Vodacom account without my permission!! I found R900 was deducted a month for subscriptions, I did not sign for. This is unacceptable, I claim for the full amount of payback or credit on my account. Vodacom e-mailed me, but I was so frustrated by the hundreds of people who wanted to sell a contract. Please credit my account!!!
One star is too much!!! I called 3 times to downgrade but was not successful. This is the same story every time. On 21 October, I keyed in the keys and package key to downgrade. The lady told me she couldn't help me on the 21st of October, I must call again on 24 October! Really!! I did it again, I keyed in the keys to downgrade, and the lady told my husband to call DSTV the next morning because she couldn't help me. The next morning, before we wanted to leave for the weekend, my husband called DSTV. After nearly an hour, of all the info the lady needed, we left home. The lady was more interested in selling a decoder etc than downgrading. The next morning, I received an SMS from the bank and the full amount was deducted from our bank account. Back home, I found we were not downgraded after 3 attempts!!! The worst company to do business with!!!
R900 per month was deducted from my cellphone account for all these sms'e you received! This is ***** and Vodacom must stop this! It is *****. I never give permission or sign anything for deduction of any other amount than the contract I signed for 24 months. It's better to have no contract, please make sure about this! I claim a payback on this deductions I never signed for!
The poorest service In any company I had to call 3 times before they could help me to downgrade. After 3 times I asked them to please make sure about my debit amount. Nothing new, like always my TV is downgrade but the full amount was deducted on my debit order!
The staff is not helpful or friendly. There is no communication from their side. On the day of delivery, you receive an SMS, it doesn't matter if the delivery date suits you. They will not contact you or ask for a date that suits you. If you go on a vacation, no exceptions are made, they deliver as it suits them, not the client. This is unacceptable.
