such a disappointing process capitec follows, their app was not working on friday evening( 22 March 2024) between 18:00 to 19:40 , lost my card and someone made tapping purchases on the card unfortunately i could not stop these transactions because their app was not working as always. for them to even start investigating they want me to open a case and have a case number along with a detailed affidavit this is all for their app not working. incident number 00193680. losing one client today because of this. that time i have to leave my 1 week old baby to even go to the brach and now they want me to go to the Police Station. can capitec please take accountability for how their app is so bad and always not working
worst service ever using the pick n pay asap and also its not the first time... Done with them...no wonder their share price dropped i believe is the service
Worst service ever I don't think the person that runs this company actually know what customer service is together with the employees that works for it. If your looking to move to a complex please be vigilant and don't move with a company that utilizes Protea metering as you will experience one of the worst service ever.
Protea metering is a ****, Please don't move into a building that uses them. I have been buying Electricity and today also I had topped up today and my electricity is off. When I called today they said they billed me today for the past 10 days and when I asked if I didn't have money in my wallet for the past 10 days they say I did. This lady was contradicting herself and put me on mute that I had to hang up without a proper explanation
worst customer service ever, i donot recommend, after telling me that they will call me in the morning to confirm who will be assisting with the fibre installation i have not yet even got a call. the customer service team are very rude like they are forced to do their job. they tell me that the installer went to my apartment but no one came. because the installation is free they miss to install so that you call again and ask for installation and that is where they are crocodile and start billing you. please check other companies that will be able to assist as this one they dont even know custoner service.

they promise you a loan that never happens, but deduct R250 that you can never dispute but you have to stop. crooks this ones. thanks;
Worst customer service ever, the lady that works there by the name of Nhlanhla so rude, she will respond to you while chewing chappies like you don't even matter. Unfortunately they have lost one customer today
Takealot has the worst customer service ever and worst employees ever...
After ordering my food on bolt food app and complaining that I received what looks like half of a quarter chicken and even sending them pictures there's still no resolution to my complain I'm so disappointed as no refund was done to remedy what looked like a ripoff. You lost one good customer today as I see you don't cater to customer complaints
