Landstar properties does not pay back deposit.after a year and 3 months living in a flat run by them at Centurion place forest Hill, they are holding my deposit.they have sent me a quote for painting R14000 , which is ridiculous. the one Agent assured me for the refund but she and her office stopped replying to my emails and phone calls.in the time I lived there I have been replacing security gate locks out of my pocket because they don't maintain the building.They asked me to put good word for the new tenant in order to get the deposit and promised to pay me back.these are ****mers if the place was trashed how come the Very next day I moved they had the tenant I convinced move in and pay deposit? am warning the public .
This is now going on to 3 months, all I get from FNB is the (After a further review, and from a relationship perspective, we are pleased to offer you a goodwill gesture payment which amounts to R 6 461.78 and is based purely as a once-off gesture of goodwill.) And so they sent me a form to sign.. on October 9th a deposit of half the Amount was done and now they have escalated my case for assistance to get A DONATION to complete the balance 😅 Am talking about a BIG Bank here.they don't respond to my emails FNB has not shown any proof that I purchased anything from the company that debited my account. So am just saying this is FNB .
30/08/2023 I Received sms from FNB stating (we've noticed a suspicious transaction on your account Reply Y if you aware of the transaction or N if not. I immediately rep**** N and was directed to ***** department to an automated line. They were closed it was after hours. I then called the bank and they cancelled my card and gave a case number. Silence went by and on the 18/08/2023 I called the bank and they said they were still investigating the ***** Case. Later the same day 18/08/2023,I received an email declining responsibility and Refund of the transaction. I responded with my disagreement of their finding and asked for Proof of when and where I Authorized this Transaction. I then received another email saying they have sent my GENERAL complaint for Review., and a constant would call me Between 12 and 48 hours, Guess what am still waiting. I find this kind of service very unpleasant and unprofessional from FNB bank. 1)I have not purchased anything from the company payment went to 2)They send the SMS confirming a suspicious transaction only after the Payment was made. 3) They didn't verify the Transaction before processing it 4) I haven't Dealt with the company that payment was made and still have no proof from FNB. I could be the only one with this problem but would like to warn anyone with FNB of this Experience I have . Up to date 27/09/2023 FNB is been silent Expecting this to just Fade away . R6500 may be 🥜 to FNB but it's a lot of cash for me. Am still to hear about their so called escalated to Review story .with their (How can we not help you) line
Worst Ever, they advertise help to distressed home owners what the Frick,,, I applied, waited two months for response, run into Arreas only then they can call 44 times a day to say the same thing "your account was not paid.i repeat the same story.. waiting for your decision on my relief/Destress Application..hahaha they can phone 44 times a day if you owe them money but as soon as they need to resolve your problem they do not know how to pick up a phone or how to send an email just to acknowledge your application.have since placed notice to sell the house shame they deserve a zero.
Have been with Vodacom for the past 10 years....so far had no problems and only dealt with one Olefa Morake...the best ever .

Hie I have paid up all my Debt under Debt Review,The Debt counseling services sent paid up certificates to All creditors and Credit Bureaus on the same Email on the same day 2021/07/30. Only XDS has my status still on Debt Review. They don't respond to My emails but send an Automated reference number each time I request help .their phone numbers never get answered. Am really amazed that this is A business that has a telephone number and email thats never attended to .can someone please explain what is going on here.
I would recommend weelee to anybody selling a vehicle. They are efficient and swift in following up on the transaction between buyers and sellers up to the deal has been finalized and closed. Great service.
I have a contract with vodacom. A primary number and a secondary number (2 different numbers) running for the past 9 months...since taking up this contract,I have called vodacom nearly every month to just simply send the appropriate text and data notifications to the individual lines ...i have come to accept that it's so difficult to do as i get notifications from the secondary line on the primary line which is so irritating. All the agents tell me its resolved but still 9 months later I still have to swallow this disgusting service. Somebody please help !!!!!!
