Wow! Elroy Rooi was an absolute life saver, if I could give 10 starts I would! I can’t thank Elroy enough for the absolute brilliant service! Would never use a other company!
Peugeot !!!!!!! Peugeot , Supergroup Dealerships and Arnold Chatz Cars Peugeot THIS TOOK ME WAY TO LONG!!! Since January 2023 I had a very small issue with my Peugeot 5008..... I needed to change my front- left light, due to a lose piece of tyer that slammed into my car. Note this was early January 2023 on our return from holiday. To date -22 November 2023 ( 11 months after the incident)........ my vehicle has still not been fixed......My Peugeot has been in countless times in order to fix this, and in total we have been without a vehicle for 9 weeks to "fix" the front-left light. Peugeot does not know what the issue is.... and I receive feedback" computer this, wiring that" and no real explanation. My Peugeot is so "advanced" not even the Peugeot team can solve the problem. Some solutions they have come up with include: New light....... old module..... New light new module..... and yet it is still not fixed. It has even included Lodging technical calls overseas...... which only resulted in no answer and no help...... Between Peugeot and Supergroup the blame game continues, everyone shifts blame and refuses to take it!!!!...... GUESS WHAT!!!! This Peugeot client still does not have her Peugeot!!!!! It also appears that the Supergroup team at @Arnold Chatz cars Peugeot seems to think that they are doing us a huge favour, by charging and quoting us for NOT fixing the minor issue, which has now clearly become a huge unsolvable conundrum. THIS ALL FOR A FRONT LEFT LIGHT!!!! In the last year I have had to shift between so many courtesy vehicles and uber drivers, it is not even funny, doing all this while juggleling two kids between their activities and my own work place. I am now been driving a Ford Motor Company courtesy vehicle for the last 2 months and what a blessing and pleasure it has been, it may not be in the same class range as my Peugeot but at least it has no problems and offers a smooth and easy drive. We are fast approaching December and preparing to go on holiday again, a year later ..... Guess what????....... Peugeot don't know how long this is still going to take, because they think they might know what the problem is and need to order a new part, which will take how long?- Peugeot themselves don't even know how long? However, there is still no guarantee that the new part would actually solve the problem! Peugeot how am I going to tell my kids we have no vehicle to drive with or to travel with to our holiday destination???? Disappointed is an understatement and doesn't even begin to express how I feel!!!!!

I highly recommend BIC. After receiving an email our Visas have been voided BIC was immediately on board to help us, and within a day our applications were resubmitted and happy to say Visas approved and in the UK. I hoghly recommend GWEN as she even offered up some of her family time a couple of times to assist us in a very stressful situation. Just like most of the recent posts I just read about onedayonly, service and delivery is absolutely shocking! I ordered R1800 worth of gifts on 28 Nov. After contacting them via email, I received a mail saying the it indicated the this product may exceed the 10 day waiting period because it is handmade... fair enough BUT no estimate time is given for when I will receive my purchase! This was the first and LAST time I will be purchasing anything from them! Takealot so much more reliable! One star rating is still to high for the lack of service from onedayonly...PATHETIC!
I have been trying to cancel a contract since September! The staff of Vodacom is grossly incompetent, every month I keep paying for something I’m not using and want to cancel! I have been to Vodacom to try and sort is out so many time... without success!
The most unfriendly staff!!! I will NEVER AGAIN support the SPCA Kempton Park, unfortunately.
