Telkom is such a ****. They repulse me. ****** fools continued to bill me after suspending my account and above all I have been trying to cancel their services for months. Their 081180 customer care number is useless because they give you hope and conceal their *****ed business through it. It's very easy to get a contract with them but you'll suffer to cancel even after 5 years I completed my contracts I struggle to cancel their services. ****** useless entity full of ********s. Cancel all my services and deal with the bills you issued for non usage.
Dear Telkom I've been trying cancel all my services with you but you have ***** ways to try to escape people canceling services. Your customer care numbers are deceiving and there's no email addresses. You guys are ****** because for the past 2 months I have been trying to cancel but no nothing is helping. Please cancel all my services with immediate effect and adjust my account as you have now charged me for 2 months yet my services were suspended. This is absolute nonsense.
I booked for an express delivery on the 8th May. Today is the 9th after hours and no updates, the parcel is still in my hands. Paying a ****** ridiculous amount to be ********** in such a way. I even called the customer service and waited 20minutes for a response. This company is useless. Now I need to drive from PTA to Mafikeng to deliver this parcel. I need my refund from this pathetic useless ripoff of a courier company
It was seamless and my premium was reduced. It would have been nice if the premiums were automatically reviewed without me having to call.
How pathetic can a bank be. It's been years now and they have duplicated my accounts on ITC. None of their useless clowns is able to resolve this matter. This is utter nonsense.
After spending an entire day at home when I was notified that my parcel is dispatched. An idiot decided not to deliver my parcel and updated false information saying I requested for my parcel to be taken back to the warehouse. I'm disgusted and ****ed off because I wasted time and was eagerly waiting for my parcel. Get competent staff guys...this is absurd.
Telkom alongside Akinga Vertical Services have once again struck me in their shady criminal activities where I supposedly subscribed to something. Mind you, these criminals are charging an amount on Telkoms invoice although Telkom claims to not know them. Partners in crime and Telkom is protecting these criminals too. I have never subscribed for anything on any web page. Telkom you criminals stop mistreating people. If your employees are acting criminal using our details or lines don't just throw things on clients. Investigate and stop putting your heads in dark places
I bought a honor 50 lite in February and from the get go this phone's camera was bad. Tried getting the issue resolved with Telkom for 2 months until I eventually decided to take the phone back to the store on the 30th April. Now I requested to suspend my Sim as I do not have a phone to use it on... That was done surprisingly I was told by telkom employees that the phone will be charged although I do not have it with me. Apparently it will be gone for 3 weeks. What kind of **** is this institution doing? Why must I pay for something I'm not in possession of and also something that I've been struggling to get help with for months because of their incompetent imbeciles of staff.
I'm highly disgruntled by the camera quality on my Honor 50 lite. The ****** things quality is worse than my old VGA camera. I bought this phone 30 days ago and my old Huawei mate 20 lite takes better pictures. Went back to Telkom store menlyn and the so called Honor rep (Neo) is a pathetic, incompetent liar. I have literally been to their store 3 times waiting for her and she comes up with lame excuses. What the hell should I do with this useless phone that's falsely advertised as 64mp camera and further more please hire competent people...
I bought a phone 30 days ago from telkom on contract and honestly speaking the camera is worse than that of my 5 year old phone. Really sucks. I went there and requested a Honor rep only to struggle where the rep was just trying to make excuses.... This lady called Neo just looked for excuses over the phone while the telkom consultant told her that the picture quality is bad. How do you physically assess something if you aren't present. I found that to be blatant disrespect to me and the money I spend on telkom. For all I care Telkom can shove everything I have with em up their middle earth. Guys if I buy a phone and take the 1st photi and compare it to a 5 year old phone with less megapixels and the quality of the newer phone is kak... The least you can do is honour my request and come to the store. For all I care the rep could just be sitting at home scratching what God knows instead of solving my problem. It's not ****** rocket science to find defects in phones if cars and houses can have defects. This Neo individual is a nonsense brainless individual who believes that clients must kiss her butt to get assisted. This is really terrible and annoying. I am now ready to settle all contracts I have and cancel all business relations I have with telkom. And maybe add a cherry on top by requesting my business associates to cancel their services or better yet request them to be my voice as I seem to be a small fish for telkom. Maybe my associates will be the big fish.
