These idiots call me 6/7 times a day, everyday, with a different number looking for Sugashnee Govender. Despite how many times I’ve told them that I’m not the person they’re looking for, they still call and send sms’s endlessly. I’ve also called MBD directly, 3 times, and asked to be removed from their call listing as they have the wrong person and still that did not change. THEY ARE HARASSING ME AT THIS POINT. Sometimes they even call and hang up as soon as I answer. I’ve resorted to ignoring their calls and blocking each number they call with but it’s just too much now
If I could give it zero star, I would. You guys have by far the worst communication service ever. From phone calls and WhatsApp being top of the list. It’s either you get one response a day or no response at all and then suddenly the chat needs to start from scratch again. I don’t think I’ve ever taken this long to sell and item until I had to deal with you guys.
Was so excited to try out this place only to receive the worst service. From the moment we walked in, they denied us the table that we booked and we were told that it was double booked by mistake and I guess the other group deserved it better. Secondly we have been here since 5pm and it’s 8pm already and no food, drinks are only coming in after an hour of ordering. The entire service was horrible
Protea Glen Manor has to be the worst place to ever live at if you're looking for accommodation. We are being treated like kids when we bring our complaints to the table. We are also being told the following: [I am a little bit annoyed at this moment with our residents being full of so many complaints all the time]. Our complaints are never heard and that results in them not being sorted out. We are paying customers yet we are being told that we complain too much. Ontop of the electricity issue, we have a water issue where we don't have water everyday in the morning and the whole day on weekends. Every complain brought forward falls on deaf ears. There's ongoing issues that are hardly ever sorted out and tenants voicing their complaints is viewed as getting out of hand... NB: Their contracts are placed to protect them at all cost and nothing about the tenants and that explains why they continue giving ****ty service to their tenants. They know nothing about hlala kamnandi so I don't think they should have that on their company name, there's nothing mnandi about staying here.
Applied for a loan 3 weeks ago and it’s been an endless back and forth of not receiving proper feedback and seems like they having difficulty finalizing. Every time I call for a follow up, I’m being told that an agent will call me in the next 10-15 minutes or before the end of the day and almost 3 weeks before of waiting and still nothing. I’ve applied before and never had any issues, if anything, all was well approved and done by the end of the day. This time around, it’s been the worst 3 weeks of waiting for you guys to give me proper feedback
I don’t understand why we have the option of selecting a delivery date and make delivery payment that goes with that date only for takealot to deliver on the day it chooses to. I’ve been having a lot of issues this past week or so with them and all my orders have been getting delivered on A different day from the one which was initially stipulated. They don’t communicate and ontop of that, they put false information stating that I rescheduled my delivery when I had been sitting at home the entire day waiting on them. They’ve wasted a lot of my time this week and now they delivered the wrong product which was supposed to be collected today and have it replaced with the correct one. They asked me to send them the barcode as well as the product inside and out but apparently that was not good enough cause they came back and asked for another image of all the contents outside the box to verify. I spent the whole day at home today as they were meant to come pick up the package but they didn’t, which I could have used the time to run my errands. I am done honestly
Called in a month ago about my late aunt who had a life policy with them and they kept asking for stupid endless medical records that go as far as prior to 2014 like ***!!! I’m sure they’re just looking for a way not to payout cause that does not even make sense. Where is one supposed to obtain those records? We had to bury our aunt ourselves since no funeral payout was made… they kept calling to find out how far with obtaining our records and we gave them feedback that it’s a bit challenging as they need someone who was appointed to actually be the one requesting for these records. Today (a month later) we receive a phone call stating that the claim will no longer be processed as my aunt had an accident cover instead of a life cover that covers natural causes!!! Are you ****ing kidding me right now!!!!!!! You’re telling me that all along they couldn’t see that it was an accidental cover? They’re only discovering this a month later? After the update and down we went through to try and obtain the medicals that they requested, suddenly it’s an accidental? I would not and I mean never ever ever ever in my entire existence would I recommend 1Life. It’s a good thing I never went through with taking out a policy with them for the rest of my family! Pure nonsense
This company will be the death of me one day. Everytime there’s a claim process, there must always be fights before you get answers and their payouts take forever. At this point, all we had been asking for is the general turn around time for a claim payout to be processed after all required documents have been submitted but seems like no one has an answer to this question
Y’all are a ****ty company shame. When someone signs up with you guys, the information required isn’t that much and everything explained also isn’t a lot, y’all are also quick to take the money. Once it’s time for payout, y’all are suddenly requesting stupid endless documents that don’t even make sense. Asking for records that backdate to 2013. How the hell is one supposed to obtain someone else’s documents that go that way back. Y’all are very unfair when it comes to claims but I guess it’s just also your way here of escaping from any payouts. More like a scam to me! I’m removing the rest of my family from this company.
Very good at taking money but suck at providing the services they promised. 11 days without my car and I’m losing money cause it’s a business car. They keep giving me unclear answers and still no valid response about my car. My tracker detected that a battery has been removed meaning they’ve started working on my car. However, budget is telling me that my car only arrived to them now! I’m tired of this insurance, I want my car back so that I can leave their stupid insurance
