I requested that one of my contact be cancelled on 27 May 2025; I was promised it will be cancelled immediately no isssues as it was running month to month, made a follow-up on 30 May 2025 iwas informed that they could see the request for cancellation online but unfortunetely the call centre agent informed me that she can't do anything as the matter was with cancellation department. I was transfered to cancellation department i waited on the queue for 2 hours till the dropped, i made a follow up on 31 May 2025 still nothing can you pleaswe assist me
I went to Vodacom at Wonderboom junction in Pretoria; I got un upgrade on my phone contract that was on 19/05/2025. Intially I couldn't pot for the sim card. I went bak to the VodaCom shop in Wonderboom, the lady who assisted me with the contract then open it and inserted the sim card, switche dteh phone on awith all teh necessary settings I then turned on the phone Samsung A26. when after uploaded the previous Apps fron the old phone it reqauiets forthe gmail address and all was updated. th ephone requested for my facial recognition that was done as soon as i was to input the bio-metrics the phone reqiured the upgrade of which i allowed when it came back it requestd for the password that i didn't provide. When that could not be addressed due to the unavailability of the password teh phone then requasted to be logged on to from 10 minutes to now two days. I was asked to return and after teh phone couldn't open i was required to pay a further R250. of which i refuse in order to flush the information to restore factory settings I am not willing to pay that they woyuld rather terminate the contract since int is still one day old
I think i was taken for a ride by VodaCom Black Friday offer for the Samsung TV, it is almost 3 weeks since I've app**** for the 75inch Samsung Tv at a VOdaCom Shopm in pretors. Todate I am given a runaround. there is no claer answer; excpet fo rth spin answeres from the store; iether the TV are still at the warehouse, or the that it was delivered to the wrong addresss store in eMalahleni in Mpumalanga. i really know what to say to my children anymore
I happened to get recurrimg data since April 2024, for all intends and purpose lets say i activated that on USSD, but i called VodaCom on 26 April to have the data cancelled i was promised that it will be. Nothing happened, I called VodaCom on 01 May 2024 still i was promised it will be cancelled still no action was taken. i called again 0n 02 May 2024 still a promise was made that it will be cancelled, To my surprise nothing happened, I called on 05 May just to be called taht my account has been suspended, I then paid was due on the 16 of May I caled again this time some lady confirmed that it was deactivated. now on 01 June I still get teh same 4gig data which i dont need. Called VodaCom on 01 June at 09H00 just to be called that the data was revesed it was fault on thier side and that ie was revesed at 08H30 but still the data is there I think this is ploy to simphon money out of me, despite being poor, talk about poor service
i have an account with RCS on behalf of Edgars:- I needed a letter to prove that my account with RCS is not overdue but rather up-to-date. I made my request on 16 November 2022, i was informed that the request takes at least 48 hours. I did the same with Builders Warehouse; indeed with Builders it took 48 hours. For Edgars I'm still waiting despite the follow-ups an then I'm given promise each day. I give up with RCS Edgards im done
I was called 4 times by Standard Bank Agent wanting to give an cell-phone contract; i was not keen on the Standard Bank Cell phone contract; in that I already have one with the another provider. Then I was told that it is R49.00 month and I essentially be my monthly service fee back in airtime of R490 monthly at no additional costs I then agreed and I was told that there will be a once-off payment of R99 which fair, was fair enough, now they are debiting my account monthly with an amonot of R490 a month and was told it will be for 24 months even if I leave Standard Bank I will still be liable for it; I mean that is too much as I didn't even get any device. I really didn't agree to this charges i was taken for a ride, I will inform other people run away from this bank it is bad news
I bought the new Ford Ranger on 20/04/2016 brand new. It came with factory fitted aircon and radio. Somewhere during August the Aircon started to malfunction; it was fixed at no cost on 12 September 2018. On Tuesday 29 January 2019 the radio also malfunctioned; I booked it in but was told that i need to pay upfront R914 for testing and then i will be billed for the repairs. I find this strange and let alone unfair both the AirCon and the Radio are factory fitted and are not part of the exclusion on the warranty; which expires after 4 years i.e. 19/04/2020 or after 120 000km whichever comes first. The odometer on the car is on 92319; which means I am still within the warranty. Now why must I be paying for this service to fix the Radio. Both the Radio and AirCon are part of Audio system on the book provided. I spoke to Kagiso from Ford Call Centre and ms malaza from Ford Dealership in Gezina
