I purchased items of total R5143 one of the item is wrong I returned it for the right item but only to charge me 10% and the item I returned was never opened or used still in original packaging even though its within 24hrs they insisted taking 10% from my money and it's not the first time they did that and numerous complaints from other customers. The manager said immediately customers left their premises they'll charge 10% and bragging about it. And they don't supply parts with Vin number to make sure it's the right parts. People should be careful of bumper to bumper they're taking customers for granted even the manager said he doesn't care about consumer protection acts.
I purchased item from aliexpress to the value $9.11 and paid shipping cost of $30.65 and paid r591.40 for clearance that's awful and unacceptable 😢. Is that how it works? No one should dare use imile logistics
I'm a customer of Auction nation since 2015 regular customer. I bought 4 cars on friday total R248,486.26 one of the car I didn't know I won the car becausemy networkwas terrible. On Monday I went to the office to inform them I will pay for 3 cars total R200401.62 they said ok I should pay but doesn't guarantee if they'll not forfeit my deposit of R5000. I told them there's a room for negotiation in a any business as a regular customer. Finally I paid R200401 to my surprise they forfeited my R5000 so I feel cheated and ****** because I never did any cancelation. I tried sent many emails to the manager to no avail. I want Auction nation to reinstate my R5000.
I subscribed to Webafrica last year as service provider it started with r499 per month which they didn't tell me it's on promotion 2months later I received email that my promotion is over that my next billing will r699 per month which I didn't mind. Two months later they increased it to R829 and the package I signed from the beginning is 25mbp/25mbp which never changed. Then on may 2023 I received email that I'm owing may payment that my service will be canceled then I spoke to one their agent that I'm owing r16660 if I'm not mistaken I told then I will pay R1000 then I will pay remainder later then on 30th june my subscription canceled and I log in and I discovered that they want to debit my account of r3546. Then I decided to speak one of their agent, they told me I'm owing r3546 which I'm amazed, then the agent asked if I want to continue using their service that I should pay r575 they will reconnect me again then I will continue to pay R829 then r3546 will be canceled I told the agent I'm no longer interested in their service. The asked me important question if during my subscription they told me they will be hidden I rep**** no. This is outrageous of Webafrica people should be careful with these service provider bc R829 is too much for 25mbp.
Dear hellopeter, ever since I reported claim dispute with OUTsurance they're still playing hide and seek micky mouse I reported also to short term insurance ombudsman but still everything still hanging. The situation of the property is deteriorating daily I wonder why they are treating so badly. Property I purchased 2017 from fnb Homeloan and outsurance was appointed as the insurer now 2years the house is falling apart I wonder how is my problem because the property was evaluated by fnb Homeloan before financing it. How's it my problem that after 2years the house is falling apart. Outsurance need to do the right thing. It's a bad experience for having outsurance as my property insurer.
I'm writing review regarding OUTsurance regarding their shenanigans policies that will never favour their customers in terms of claims. I purchased a house 2017 and moved in January 2018 was financed FNB Homeloan and appointed outsurance as my insurer. Early this year I started noticing cracks on the wall during the strict lockdown I started noticing that it's severe and need serious attention in the way some of the doors no longer closes because walls are separated so during level 3 I decided to notify outsurance they sent their agent to come evaluate the damages the agent told me they need to send engineer to inspect the house so their engineers came after inspection the engineer told outsurance will contact. On 14th August 2020 outsurance contacted me to say my claim are rejected that it's a downward movement of the land resulting to natural shift or human activity causing structural damage to my property or volume changes in any clay soil or rock caused by changes in their moisture or water contents. Can you see they're not sure of the cause only running away for my settlement/pay. They engineer never dug the foundation of the house to find out the real cause only assumptions. Outsurance should not denied claim based on assumption, they should come out with facts. They're terrible insurance I won't advise another person fall victims.
