VODACOM (VAT NUMBER 4960207589)- RACISTS
It is with great regret that after 20 years of loyal service to Vodacom, I had to experience racism and disrespect from your Branch in Uitenhage, Starlight Services (VAT NUMBER 4960207589). On the 02/07/2020, a consultant helped a lady that was after me due to the colour of her skin and kept speaking Afrikaans. After much deliberation. She refused to do my SIM SWAP and said to a black consultant #3 MEMORY and said "Come help your person'. I will be lodging a discrimination and cancelling my contract with VODACOM, because you allow racism and discrimination. DISGUSTING!!!

BRITISH AIRWAYS COMAIR-BUNCH OF THIEVES
On the 24/03/2020, I was on flight BA6239 to Port Elizabeth and checked my luggage in. Upon reaching my destination, I was disgusted to realise that the staff had broken into my bag, stole prescription medication, perfume and shoes.Furthermore, they left traces of blue gloves in my bag, exposing me to traces of the COVID-19 virus. I will be laying a case with the SAPS!!!

UNPROFFESSIONAL STAFF AT CHECKERS KIOST
Never shop at CHECKERS EASTRAND RETAIL on 113 NORTH RAND ROAD, EVELEIGH BOKSBURG. A lady by Ntobeko is unprofessional and does not know what customer service. She murmured her greeting when we approached the KIOSK for 3 transactions.(Electricity, DSTV and FLIGHT Reservation). She was grumpy and disrespectful. She kept swinging the CHECKERS SCREEN and could have broken it. This is disappointing. If she has not been trained on customer service. She must work elsewhere, where there is no human interaction.

OUTSURANCE & THEIR UNPROFFESSIONAL PANEL BEATERS
I am utterly disappointed in OUTSURANCE. What they advertise versus what you get in the unfortunate event of a claim is frustration and running around like a madman. I put in a claim in December 2018. My car was sent to an 'Approved' panel beater (Olympic panel beaters, in Germiston), all I got was lies and a broken windscreen, which was not part of my accident. I sent my car for repairs, instead I got unprofessional people who don't know what customer service, and they broke my windscreen.

Olympic Panel beaters- Liars and Negligent
All, Please never ever take your car to Olympic Panel beaters in Germiston. They are frauds, liars and negligent. I took my car for repairs as per Outsurance claims. They promised that I would have my vehicle in 10days. That never happened. They broke my windscreen and denied it, despite providing proof. They need to be removed as an approved Panel beaters by the Insurance fraternity. I am disgusted!!!!
