I'm experienced a worst ever service from M-sure warranty service , its almost a month for a vehicle engine issue claim to be finalised, Supp**** all the required Docs...M-sure employing delay tactics , If not more documents, they ask a dealer for multiple assessment's and quotes adjustments . Also multiple discounts on the dealer quotation ,alll sorts of excuses are thrown just to deter a customer to claim. Have submitted a claim on 2021-11-23 to Auto Boys Centurion via my insurance Santam… Apart from waiting for the glass …this company commit to install glass and they don’t honour the committed installation dates !! No customer feedback!!! Bad call Center customer service Why accept the claim and give a **** service ???

Standard Bank home loam service and process are the worst ….pathetic!!! Firstly long voice calls attempts to reach them … Every consultant has different update on your query From 2021-10-27 till to date still waiting for a progress payment release of a property!! All the documents send yet POOR service
Standard bank fraud department customer service sucks is pathetic .....very bad service!!! Been to the branch with my sister TE Mokoka trying to get her account unblock ...this is after she submitted all relevant details to support why a huge amount of money has been paid into her standard bank account...
Would like to share a worse BAD customers service from Vodacom fiber relocation team, Vodacom has an SLA of 30 days to relocate a customer Fibre installation, From the 20200901...after contacting coda I have only received this but no follow ups.. Vodacom Siebel EBU: Service Request SR200902-638455 has been created. NoReply(2-DQ8BR0S). Vodacom pls fixe your customer service ...you don’t respond even contacted via Twitter or Email ...your call center 1st level is also pathetic ,same feedback “will escalate “Thus SUCKS!!!
Lack of customer service ....RAM got my delivery address and contact details incorrect from Vodacom... Even after I called them rectified the contact details and getting intouch with VOdacom ... I’m still waiting for my parcel and what’s worse when I call them they seem to be clueless as to where is the parcel and when it’s going to be delivered!!! Have also send countless emails to their help desk. RE-145939
Extremely Poor customer service ...it’s been and still is a nightmare receiving a parcel delivery from Vodacom ... After placing an online order ...vodacomm which has my all contact numbers on contract for years ..communicates incorrect contact details to RAM couriers ... Almost 84 hours more than 72 hours deliveries SLA... I’m still waiting ...calling RAM and countless calls and chats to Vodacom online social team... Which is very useless to say the least !!
Had a very good customer service experience with the dealership in purchasing a Toyota Corolla from InspectaCar Gezina.. I’m sorry but the after-sales services sucks ...it’s Bad!! It’s been 3 weeks already waiting on outstanding vehicle documentation ... Even if the sales person who assisted me is not at work,the entire dealership can’t help ....daily calls yet no one can take ownership and assist!!!
