We regularly purchase Pamper Cat Food. Not for the first time, the wet food pouches, which are supposed to weigh 85 g net, weigh less than that. In the latest instance, we had a pouch in their multi-pack, which only weighs 47 g including packaging. and it feels from the outside if there is only some kind of liquid in there. The pouch is still in its original condition. We had sent email to their consumer address consumerenquiries@pamperpet.co.za on 04 September 2023 with pictures attached but have not received any response yet.
Catastrophic service by DHL Express Germany. No collection over more than 24 hours. Then driver claims that envelope was not ready but had never shown up! Of course, they have taken my money already (over R1,500). For such no performance!
We have paid them on their draft invoice, and we now try to get a tax invoice out of them for a week without success. Their service is pathetic!
Experienced worst service ever. Unprofessional and no qualified response to requests. Not recommended at all.
The friendliest and most professional service one can wish for. And on top, very reasonably priced. Top rating from me.
Worst courier service. More than a week after paying them and having sent countless emails, still waiting for a tax invoice. They are so useless. Will never make use of them again.
No prawns in stock on Monday 21/03/2022 at around 17h00. Lots of dishes containing prawns could therefore not be ordered. Went elsewhere where they had stock. Very poor stockholding - no prawns in a Greek restaurant, really? Seafood is essential for a Greek restaurant!
Very poor customer service. Try to get an original tax invoice for Pastel Business Care Licence renewal out of them since beginning of December 2020. No repsonse whatsoever from them!
After weeks of getting no information from their so-called "customer service", they notified now that their network is not suitable for remote server connection. In other words, not suitable if you work from home and need to connect to your office server via RDC. I have not seen any mentioning of these limitations anywhere on their website. This is not a problem with any of the other major renowned service providers except for RAIN. Walked away from them now and will definitely not return again.
Non-existing customer support. Emails are just being ignored. Trying to sort-out a simple technical issue with them for weeks now - no success.
