Highly dissatisfied and appauled by the lack of service received, I renewed my vehicle licences on the 17th of September 2025, of which an admin fee and courier fee had been added, to date I have not received my licence discs for my vehicles and I'm incurring fines and loss of income as these vehicles are used in business. I've called through the app on more than 4 occassions and I keep getting the same story , we awaiting a waybill number and will contact you via SMS to provide it , still waiting .......Capitec please get your act together and sort out my query
I recently wrote a bad review after my debit order for my medical aid was raised to the highest package without me knowing, thus forcing my medical aid to be suspended. I was contacted and asked for various documentation, which I have forwarded , however I have received no response or feedback to get my medical aid back on track.
My Name is Neill Jackson , ID number 8303215292087, I have been a discovery health member for over 10 years. Today i receive a sms stating that my membership status is suspended. Upon logging into my app, I see that my premium is R7102 and not the normal amount of R3764. I called in and after the normal holding on for 10 plus minutes, the consultant advises me that my premium has gone up due to the fact that I have not declared income. I have been out of work for over 2 years and this has never happened before. Below is my debit order for January that ran on the 3rd of Jan 2023. My wife is expecting and we have a doctors app tomorrow and now this happens? Discovery has never done this before, Ive been out of work for 2 years and never have I declared income previously? Seriously dissapointed with the zero compassion, Not once did I receive a phone call advising me of this, Im really frustrated with this and seriously considering joining Momentum or another service provider because quite frankly this is not Fair.
I a have been a Telkom customer for many years now, however this issue keeps on coming back to me. I have multiple accounts and when ever I cancel my contract, some incompetent person doesnt do their end and I keep getting billed. I have canceled one of my contracts as it was on a month to month due to the 24 month contract expiring and switched over to Fiber as it became available in our area and was cheaper. Now I am applying for a new home loan and they are picking up that Telkom account is not paid? however this was cancelled and I am being billed for something I am not utilizing erroneously Highly frustrated with this service now and definitely wouldn't recommend Telkom at all. I will be cancelling all my current Telkom deals as this is likely to reoccur in the future as it always has. Farewell Telkom Lost customer
Highly disappointed with Mancosa yet again. I registered for my Post grad a while back and was highly dissapointed with my Project management mark, After taking it up with Mancosa that I was not given my marks timeously and was unable to do the supplementary, i was then offered a conference call with a student advisor as well as one of the Professors. The outcome was that I would be able to carry over my Project management subject into my MBA........ Now when I'm trying to register , I'm being given the run around and being told this is not the case and that I need to re register my project management module first. So I was just told nonsense to close a call, where is the passion or empathy for providing outstanding service for your students, students who pay your bills? Where are your ethics and morals for not following through with what you promised me? I do have the recording and I will be taking this matter further that's for sure. I have recently purchased a new flat and need my services transferred to the new unit. I have been in to stores , I have tried calling the contact center and still today I have had no joy since 27 October 2020. I s add m now paying for services which I Am not using. I was recently retrenched and applied for my uif benefits on the 7th of September , all forms were uploaded and a reference number was issued with a comment stating that I would receive feedback in 35 days.35 days has come and gone and still no feedback , the phone numbers are never answered and now I have bills piling up they need to be paid from the benefits I should have of paying uif for 20 years. I can only imagine how many others out there are in the same boat as me.
Trying to get through to the call Centre to rectify an error on my home loan account , but I hold on in excess of 15 minutes , only to be transferred from pillar to post and then get cut off. I have recharged airtime 3 times and still cannot get any service , I have mailed the appropriate departments and get an automated response. I have recently purchased a new home and it was registered on the 27th of October , but I have been debited on the 1st of November which is incorrect and needs to be changed. This is impacting negatively on my credit score and is resulting in other debits not going through. Very frustrating
Unfair marking practices is holding up me Persuing my dreams of completing my MBA....I’ve tried numerous times for some one to hear my simple request and keep getting no joy ..... it’s plain to see that my project was not marked correctly, please can I have the contact details of the Dean of Mancosa. Dream it we will take you there ..... this is what I believed in but I’m slowly doubting this motto
Still awaiting assistance regarding my disappointing mark which I can not accept. Please can some one intervene my request is not that hard to understand.
