I am bitterly disappointed at the ineptitude of Vodacom. On 15 January 2026, I settled my contracts with Vodacom, 0768103891 and 0728319255. To my shock and dismay, to this day, 29 January 2026, Vodacom claims to have not received my proof of payment and therefore my contracts have not been terminated. You have forever lost me as client because I am going to settle my 2 remaining accounts. Your service is deplorable, to say the very least
The service at Jet Loch Logan, Bloemfontein, is appalling and pathetic, to put it very lightly. My fiance has been waiting for more than 1 house to get her laybuy. She's been told that there are many laybuys, hence the delay. Really? In 2025? Doesn't Jet have a filing system in place?

Bonitas is stone cold!!! How on earth are my wife and I expected to get authorisation for the paediatrician every time our boy is sick? My wife's membership number is 02026226488 and I can assure that she will leave Bonitas. It does not take rocket science to figure out that the paediatrician is based at Rosepark Hospital, therefore, we took my boy there because he was sick!!!! Who on earth thinks about getting authorisation when their child is sick? You people should leave the medical aid business because you are so cold that you are devoid of human emotions!!!! As it stands, we owe the paediatrician between R2200 and R2200 because of your lack of empathy!!!!
