Excellent service even if client was at fault initially
The customer service agent were exceptional.She was patient , friendly , very helpfull and knowledgeable.She advised me on other additional value added products they offer and if I would be interested.She worked the quote within seconds and didn't waste any of my time.I would recommend anyone to be part of the Discovery Insure family!!

The customer service agent were on point
The customer service agent were on point.He found my policy saw the error.Sorted the problem changed my banking details.Then changed my date of deduction as well.He did all of that in 10 minutes.He was super efficient and super knowledgeable!Excellent service delivery!

Pathetic service of ugly flowers
After sending three emails and trying to give John an idea from his website what I required.I even phoned him twice to confirm that the flowers will be made as per his picture this morning.He couldnot deliver eventhough its 5 minutes away.I cam through two hour traffic just to hear he has not prepared the flowers.Then he starts off asking me what did I want I was stunned.Off he went made the flowers that looked Nothing like the picy I emailed.Absolutely pathetic!Then telling me the flowers are expensive.I could have gone to another shop yesterday to arrange.His pathetic way of dealing with customers sickens me.I had No choice but to take the ugly bunch of flowers.The Worst flowers I have ever seen with an attitude of disregard.He shouldn't be selling flowers.Never will I ever recommend his Pathetic business.
