Had a nose piercing done at the Cresta store in November and the service I got was exceptional 🤝, This morning my nose ring fell and went to Lovisa Maponya mall to buy a new nose ring, the 2 ladies there we not helpful at all... They watched me struggle in finding the right nose ring as the piercing is still fresh.. So I finally decided on a pair and went to pay.. I still told the lady my issue and all she said was yes they do come off... So I asked if I could use the mirror and put back the nose ring, she said yes and walked away... Not to help another customer but she was no where onsite... So I struggled to put back the nose ring and after a whole 10-15min I finally got the ring right.. but to my surprise the ring stalk is shorter than the actual nose ring I had... And if came off,.. I then decided to buy another pair of nose rings but this time the curving ones... This time I was assisted by another lady to pay and tried to make some small talk about my frustration with the nose ring, all she said was they do come off from time to time and continued with whatever she was busy with.. Again I used the store mirror to insert the nose ring with no assistance from you staff. I got it right and left the store So mu frustration is that, if your staff member was able to assist when I first bought the nose ring, I was surely not going to buy the first pair but opt for another pair .. Zero customer service from your staff and now I am stuck with a pair that I will never use because of I was never assisted as a customer to ensure I am happy with what I get.. I am truly disappointed with the team in Maponya mall,I don't want to lie... I have visited your Cresta store, Rosebank store and as I walked in, there is someone readily asking to assist. Maponya mall... Walked in to no one to assist and 5 min into the store.. one of the ladies came from the back and walked right passed my sister and I while were struggling to find the right nose ring. What must I do now with the pair that I will never use?
Went to checkers Cresta mall this afternoon (07-11-2025) and bought chicken mince and I never get to a habit of checking sell by dates as I trust the store that it will never sell meat over their expiry date. Please tell me why, the sell by date of the mince is for the 6th of November 2025 and it is still on your fridge shelves for customers to buy? I'm highly disappointed
It has been 5 years now since purchased a vehicle with Kia Hatfield and till today I have not received my spare key. The sales person who assisted me during my vehicle purchase is aware of this issue from the day and was told about a quote that needed to be requested and the last time I spoke to him, he had advised me to drive to the dealer to complain about this matter.. The last time I drove there was in 2022 and spoke to his manager and he mentioned that a quote is required... And no feedback... I have followed up so many times with my sales person and I have come to a point where I am just tired. What must I do to get the spare keys from you...
I wish to understand as to why you do not have a functional customer service contact centre to assist us atleast on Saturdays. Imagine now one has to wait till Monday just to obtain a settlement letter. I called th contact centre on Friday at 4:15 and your IVR said you have high call volumes and my call will be attended soon... Guess what I had to end the call 20min later. Your after hours number is just an emergency line to block cards🤦... I just need to understand as why you do not close your lines when after business hours instead of keeping the lines open while no one will attend to those calls???
Thank you for ruining my Valentine's day.. My boyfriend placed an order on 10th of February 2019 and the delivery was for today 14th February 2019. He got kept calling me to find out if I had received anything and there was no gift delivered to my work place.. He tried to call the call centre around past 4 in the afternoon to find out about his order however there was no response. This has ****ed my mood so much.. I had to stay till 18:00 hoping that the gift would arrive.. What happened to a courtesy call to advise if the order will be delivered late? The funny part 2 if not 3 of my colleagues received their deliveries from Netflorist, how come an order that was placed 4 days ago has not arrived? Your service is really not good..
