Been at this establishment several times and the food has always been tasty 🤤 , I find the specials to be value for money. The waiters and waitresses are super friendly and top tier. Today my wife was at your establishment with her friends and she decided to get takeaways for me. While she and her friends had a pleasant experience the same cannot be said about the meal she brought home😓. The ribs had some horrible after taste. It is like they were prepared and then frozen only to be defrosted and sold as takeaways 🤮, the corn was dry and tasteless. I am convinced that there’s a separate kitchen that prepares takeaway orders which is not of the same quality as the eat-ins. Utterly disappointed as these were by far the worst meal I’ve ever tasted from your establishment. ☹️

Pedros Chicken Woodmead Retail Park Your food is always tasty and affordable but the disgusting and disrespectful behavior that we received from one of your cashiers yesterday is disheartening and enraging. My sister had to compose herself and walk out of store to go cool down outside after one of your cashiers told her that her child is making noise, where does she get the nerve to say such in a store that’s packed with customers. Where does she live where children don’t cry? Listen we are all human and we do go through bad moments from time to time but this does not give us rights to be rude and disrespectful to other human beings let alone customers. Please school her (the one who was using the middle till point around 3 yesterday - Saturday), she had no right to take out her frustrations on us. Otherwise thank you and keep serving us that tasty chicken

I wish the people who are running Babanango Game Reserve could run the country! Wow!!! Think about a time you had the best customer/client experience in your life and multiply it by infinity what you get from that would be somewhat close to the level of service provided at Babanango. Beyond excellent superior service!!! Friendly knowledgeable staff and delicious tasty never ending meals👌🏾

I don’t know if it is the Pinetown checkers or the Sixty60 service in general that is just getting worse every time I use it. From waiting over 2 hours just for an order to get picked let alone be delivered, no delay communications like in the past, not even to mention the time you hold on the phone waiting for an agent to at least shed some light on the progress of your order. How do you justify placing an order of 6 items at 12:28 and it only being delivered at 15:37 (no sms, or app alert whatsoever). I know it is pointless giving you this feedback as I have given feedback before about you guys packing rotten tomatoes on my previous order and all I got was a lousy ticket number and that’s all. With all due respect to your organisation, your service is pathetic and disgusting 🤮
You guys (Old Mutual) are just a HUGE FRUSTRATION! No wonder people leave corpses in your branches. Why is it so easy for you guys to collect your premiums but when we try to claim we are sent back and forth to your ever offline branches, and still get to be told we need to wait for 2 days for feedback! Do you know we are grieving and trying to organize a funeral? Y’all are Pathetic!!!
